There's a a ton of reasons I keep buying from Revzilla: they have the products, they have the knowledge and their customer service is top notch.

Got what I ordered. Shipping was expedient. Product was exactly as described.
Item was small and there is no exchange option. So after initially paying for next day delivery, I had to process the return which took about a week. And I had to pay for shipping the return. Then you would need to make a separate purchase with shipping if you want the correct size. I opted to purchase through someone with a more generous shipping / return policy.

Shipping took 4 days then when I got it the Kyle clip that goes into the helmet broke a day later causing it to pop off on the left side while riding
