Reliable and easy. This is my second order with RevZilla and it went super smooth. The online size guides are perfect.
Purchased, came, installed, worked. Sounds better with eat plugs. Cuts down the wind noise
The bracket bolts were too short. Had to use stock bolts. Other than that 5 stars.
First of all, their customer service reps are great. That's about all the good so far. Jacket took a week and a half to get here (paid for 2 day) because it shipped FedEx ground. Great jacket, love it! Pants sizing was off and wierd, returned. Gloves sizing was way off, returned. My local shop had great options at the same price or less, and better quality. Ordered a Givi top case, great quality, keeping it. BUT... the website gave me a part number for the other part I'd need to get the case on the bike. Just came in today. Picture in the description showed a plate. Nope! This was an adapter bracket, not a plate. Local shop assured me that I didn't need that bracket. I'll order the plate through them, since revzilla can't seem to accurately describe what you're waiting a week and a half to get only to find out it's wrong. I'll probably just keep my business local and skip the seemingly never ending hassle.
So far, 2 day shipping has turned out to be week and a half shipping. You use FedEx, and they're absolutely worthless where I live. My jacket that I ordered last Tuesday won't be in until next Friday which equates to the following Monday, because FedEx only works Monday through Thursday up here. I'm still waiting on a pair of gloves that I ordered when I ordered the jacket too. You've refunded me the 2 day shipping I paid, great, but I still won't have my gear until a week and a half after my bike. BOOO. The items I ordered today aren't time sensitive, but the jacket and gloves were. I probably won't order anything time sensitive from here again. An extra 20 bucks to buy local and have it is well worth the money. Also, please stop using the term "guaranteed 2 day shipping" when the subpar carrier you use doesn't deliver. Thank you
When I signed up for my cyclegear preferred rider membership I was told that I could link it to revzilla. I was informed today that this is not possible.
The RevZilla website made it easy to narrow selections. I have not ridden with the bag yet, but the fitment looks good and relatively easy on my Royal Enfield Interceptor.
Website is easy to navigate and product description is good.
Ordering is easy, products are great, and great customer service.
Was a pleasant experience, website easy to use and shipped fast. Was and still am very happy with this site and products.
The website is very easy to use, was easy to compare each product and their reviews. The product was sent fast, easy to track, well packaged. All my products are good quality.
Good selection. Was able to find proper sizes for front and rear by brand and model. Price was good. Delivered within a few days.
Revzilla is great - easy to find exactly what I need, with the confidence that it's gonna be right when it arrives. Prices are great, too. Incentives add up...a whole bunch here to like. The retail store in Denver is excellent, too! Great variety of all things Moto, in one place were you can see how it fits, how it compares to other products, etc.
Very nice and sturdy brackets for my new Road Glide 3. Many people on the RG3 Facebook page asked me to share your link, which I did. ;)
Great site and products. If purchasing clothing at least on brand of jacket I went with, found sizing to run small so consider larger size.
A mix-up happened with my order between the warehouse closest to me and their other warehouse so my order got stuck in limbo. Once I called customer support my order was fast-tracked and I received it 36 hours later.
I LOVE speaking with a well spoken service rep that KNOWS their company and product. Thank you RevZilla for hiring within the community and training the reps well.
I can't receive mail here and half my order was sent Ups,which I received. The other half was sent USPS and did not receive that. I wish that it was sent Ups for everything but apparently they can't pick and choose shipping companies. They were nice but I still have yet to get refunded.
Fits very well and so far has held up excellently from regular use.
So many helmet models to choose but sold out of most sizes. Maybe I missed it but would be nice to have "notify when available" or back in stock. Zack Court is awesome! Lol- just an fyi.
I purchased a modular, blue tooth motorcycle helmet for a good price. I like it but it is too loud from wind noise as it was just a poorly designed and built helmet. I was going to send it back, but I really like the look and fit, as well as the usefulness, so I decided I could work on cutting down the wind noise myself. So far I have failed, but refuse to give up. Of course, none of this was RevZilla's fault, so don't blame them.
