Paid for next day delivery but it must have been lost in transit. RevZilla customer service got involved and sent it again. Product finally arrived after 11 days. They made it right by refunding my shipping costs but I still wanted it sooner. Think they did the best they could and responded to my concerns.
The tire was just the one I needed, the price was right, and the delivery was very fast. Almost overnight.
Got both tires delivered to doorstep in 5 working days. VERY HAPPY with that. Tires were date coded 49/23 & 02/24. No complaints! Saved $200:-)
I purchased a jacket that is my size and did see anything saying they run large or small. I received a jacket that felt like a tent. I then order the next size down, unfortunately not available in the color I liked. Receive second jacket and still seem oversize but livable. I then chatted with customer service to see when maybe the color I like might be available...4+ months out, yep too long and not Revzilla issue. Anyway I go to return the way too large and see free returns in now gone? I get to pay $10 for a prepaid return label or pay on my own, boo! Will have to think about shopping with Revzilla, especially if the sizing is not actual right. I also double checked me as I was think I lost a bunch of weight...nope.
I always like shopping at your store because of your great products and prices. I was asking customer service for the tracking number and they never gave it to me but at least the item arrived on time and was what I expected, an excellent item. Thank you

This product is by far the best on the market. The windshield makes such a massive difference in your riding experience. It's safer for the rider to not have all that wind buffering. I've put this on ever Harley I've ever owned.

In a nutshell, I am not happy with my experience. Every video you watch on their products they tout their free return policy if you are not happy or it doesn't fit. First of all, its not free, you have to pay at least 10 dollars shipping. Second, they do not swap out a product like if you get a large and it does not fit, you have to purchase another product and they will refund your purchase. I spent over 3,000 dollars and so I charged it to the Affirm credit card option. I really do not want to charge more on that card, would rather just swap the product. Also, the riding jeans I bought was missing one of the hip armor pieces, they made me go through Klim so I had to set up an account and take pictures to send to Klim. Just over all a hassle to me. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep telling you how easy it is to return things. I hardly ever complain but this time, I feel strongly about it.
