I really like these pants, they are almost too big but I was genuinely worried about buying pants online and they are pretty true to size. They're a little long but i am super short. Overall I'm happy with my purchase

Recently shopped for a back protector for a Rev It jacket I bought at a local shop, for fit purposes. I found the high level protection quickly and easily. Order was placed and the item arrived quickly. It fits perfectly and I am very pleased with this and all the Revzilla purchases I've made.

I ordered a helmet for my wife. Unfortunately, it did not fit well, and I needed to send it back, but I lost the order number. Following the directions online, I called service, and they were able to help me out quickly and sent me a return mailing label directly to my email!

They even said I could save on return shipping by going directly to the store, but I don't live that close, so return mail was the best option. I will be going to the store to get my wife to find a helmet that does fit in the near future!

I was looking for a Mustang Seat Backrest and Revzilla had one discounted as an open box item. Looks and works great

After waiting the initial 2-week lead time for a part I ordered to ship, the wrong part was delivered. I reached out to customer service, who was actually very helpful and very quick to respond to my issue, and they said it would be another 1-2 week lead time before the correct part could ship. Overall, I like Revzilla, but there have been more and more of these "minor" hiccups recently, such as cancelling an order when it couldn't fulfil it. I know they broker a lot of their products, but they need to be better about knowing their vendor's inventory if that's going to be the case.

Ease of shopping on the site, they always have what I need, and my packages always get to me before, or on the projected delivery date.

I find that Rev Zilla has most of the things that everybody else has. The geeks are knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel comfortable when I talk to customer service, if I need a refund or whatever the situation they don't give up they work until I'm satisfied. I trust Rev Zella and they are number 1 Motorcycle Gear Place I go to.

I got my tire before I got the tracking and shipping info it didn't even take 2 days I love it

I bought an open box item that was not found. After a week of pending, I contacted customer service who tried to resolve the issue. They sent me a brake lever instead of clutch lever. Turns out there was no clutch lever available for my bike. Wish they had just let me know instead of sending a different product.

I ordered some goggles and gloves sometime on a weekend. It told me that the order would ship the next business day. I expected that it would come in the mail in about a week or two and was surprised it came in on Thursday.
