I know it's not much to argue about but, there was a free shipping on orders over $45. I spent $57 and got charged $7 and change for shipping. Fair?

Recently, I drove to Philadelphia store to try on a pair of riding pants, after I purchased the pants I realized that the pad should have been included however they are not. I made a call to the office number and they shipped the pads free of charged to me would highly recommend.

Good shopping experience, a lot of options. Was able to get help on helmet sizing questions. Gear is just expensive, so would have liked more sale/clearance options for women's gear

The ordering process was seamless and I received my order on time. I had an issue with zillacash and an e-gift card and the first customer service rep basically said too bad.
