I ordered Kawasaki OEM parts on June 13th, you shipped the parts on June 23rd and I received the parts on June 28th - that is 15 days. Seems too long for me.

Something has changed. In the past I have been a satisfied Revzilla customer. Now I feel that I have been a victim of a bait and switch scam. When I checked out I assumed that the accompanying picture was a picture of what I was ordering and paying for. NOPE What I received was markedly different and I was informed that it would be $40 more to get what was illustrated.
I'm completely new to motorcycling. Finding the right gear is mind boggling. CE 1 vs CE 2 and so on. How do you know where to start? Once you do end up deciding you should get all the gear to wear all the time, and you should, this site doesn't make it easy.
My biggest complaint is that the tags on the clothing and gear has more information that's critical to your decision than the site provides. Boots especially. They all have a tag, but for the life of me I can't tell what the boots are rated and why. Just display the tags in the photos of all the gear so we can look at the little motorcycle man (or lady) and the numbers below him (or her) and decide if it's good enough. The way the site have to try to google what the ratings really are and for some reason there's precious little even on the manufacturer sites. Pick a boot. Pick an alpine star boot, or TCX, or anything. The tags need to be described or visualized. The same as for gloves, jackets, pants, etc. why is this crucial info so opaque and hidden? It was very frustrating to me and cost me many hours of sleuthing, and still had to see the stuff in person to really know. One line on the product descriptions could solve that.
Also, the boots I got seemed…cheap. And possibly fake leather. I sent them back. I think that Merlin boots at least are not what they're advertised. Very disappointed in that.

They quickly shipped my order after I placed it and I received the item in less than a week
When i recieved the pants there were not very slim at all and when i went to return in exchange for a smaller size i was charged for a return label. Not cool if you ask me.

All parts arrived quickly and where easy to find in the website
I upgraded the shipping method to ensure that I would receive my items by a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, other items that I was aware could not be shipped air (which were not items that I needed immediately) were all packaged in the same box and so my shipment was transitioned entirely to 'ground' transit, missing my arrival date. This was disappointing.
Ordered a pair of Willi Max saddle bags. Only received 1 bag. After talking to Jason at customer service,the problem was resolved and my 2 bags arrived sooner than promised. Thanks guys! Pleasure to ride with you.
