Frame slider bolt immediately snapped. My disappointment is in the return process. I took a picture and submitted the snapped bolt- you really want me to mail it back before you ship another? I'm clearly not trying to scam you. I'd prefer to just have a new item shipped and throw the first in the trash.

Update- RevZilla shipped a new one, and that's great customer service! Thank you!

I really wish RevZilla would tell you where your product will be shipped from. I live in Pennsylvania, an hour away from their showroom but parts sometimes come from California. That's a 4 day shipping different. It would be convenient to know when your part will be in when your bike is on the stand. Otherwise great company.

I purchased an Alpinestars glove. The sizing chart was off for me. I already went up a size, turns out that going up two sizes barely worked. It's tough to buy clothes online, unfortunately return shipping can add up quick. I'm still happy with the product and service I received from Revzilla.

There's not a lot of places to shop for motorcycle gear and parts. Revzilla makes it easy. I do wish they had more in depth pictures of people wearing helmets and clothings gear so I could have more of an idea. It's still a great site and I love the membership!

I Got my son these riding shoes. He likes the looks (black/black) of them, says they feel comfortable and looks like sneakers. He's happy with them for sure. However, you're definitely paying extra $ for the name brand though, being there are plenty other riding shoes that offer the same amount of protection for less than $200.

Put my bike info in and ordered the parts that I needed, shipping was quick, tracking info was on point, package arrived undamaged and packaged well.

I am just getting my feet wet in the motorcycle world and was looking for a helmet. Since I was budget conscious, Revzilla allowed for many clearly defined options. The search features and videos were all very helpful in making the right choice for me.

I purchased a windshield, the first box arrived and the windshield was cracked. The box it came in was obviously too small since each corner of the windshield pushed out on the sides of the box. Luckily it was no problem getting a replacement shipped out but I still had to go through the trouble of sending back the broken one. The next box arrived and it was just as bad as the first. Infact it was the exact same packaging as the first box and this time three of the corners were physically, pushing through the sides of the box. I was sure that windshield would be broken as-well but surprisingly it wasn't. For such an expensive piece of plastic I would expect a box that can comfortably fit the windshield and ample padding around it!

Always easy to place order, shipping is usually very quick. Good value for the prices
