Each video that is posted on Revzilla goes out of it's way to mention how easy it is to make returns if something is the wrong fit but what they are elusive about is that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This practice will keep me from ordering from them again.

These jeans fit well and are comfortable vs what I had before. The removable knee pads are a big plus and the cut and look of the jeans look seemless and does not give away that they are riding jeans (which is my main purpose for buying them for work -business casual clothing). Thank you for the sale as well.

My bike has had an impossible-to-locate rattle for years. I thought it was in the front end and even had an experienced mechanic look at it, but we couldn't find it. I finally realized the other day that it was probably the loose gas cap, and ordered this replacement. It looks identical to the original, fits perfectly, and, best of all, it fixed the rattle. My only regret is that I didn't figure it out years ago.

So I had ordered a Helmet on 7/3 knowing of the holiday on the 4th. I wanted to ensure that my helmet would make it to me by at least the 12th as I was leaving on a trip and wanted to wear my new helmet. I called customer service to pay for expedited shipping and I was assured that it would be on time even with the holiday and to save my money. Needless to say the helmet arrived on the 13th and I was not able to use it on my bike trip. I should have been allowed to pay and not trusted the customer service rep. 😒

I want an airbag vest, but wasn't sure that the Klim airbag vest would fit under my Klim Kodiak jacket. The rep assured me that I could try it on, and return it if it doesn't fit. In which case I would look into an over the jacket vest. The Klim vest arrived, I took it out, tried it on and discovered that there is not enough room under my jacket. So I put it back in the plastic, back in the box, sealed it and it immediately dropped it off at FedEx for a
Return. There was nothing remaining at my home.

I get an email from Revzilla saying the vest was returned without the battery pack. So either the battery pack was not included or someone at Revzilla removed it. Whatever. I never saw it or removed it. So Aimee A. From Revzilla said they would make an exception to there return policy and accept the return JUST THIS ONCE! Well, I don't have this battery pack, never saw this battery pack, and kind of resent the implication that I somehow am withholding this merchandise. That being said, my experience was tainted by this. Maybe next time ask me about the situation before making an implication.

I bought some gloves the left hand fits just right but the right hand is a bit larger and doesn't fit as good

I purchased a Driven Racing 14 tooth front sprocket with a pitch of 428. Purchased because Revzilla as well as every other site that carries this sprocket says it fits a 2022-24 Honda Grom. That inaccurate, it does not. Groms have a stock pitch of 420, so unless you modify your chain and rear sprocket first this will not fit. It is my fault for not knowing this info beforehand. Not sure who is putting a beefier chain on a Grom that just seems counterproductive as they make barely 10hp and a heavier chain and sprockets would only slow you down.

I can tell a difference in performance. I didn't notice any change with the slip-on alone.

I found the riser/pullback to fit my new mini 8" mini bars for my Honda Shadow 750 on the RevZilla website. I read the description and fitting tab, and was comfortable with the product. $114. And 7 days later I received the product. I started reading the installation instructions, the first I read states that these are NOT for the use/installation with mini bars over 4" They are only for OEM bars. Gee, why was this vital information not stated in the fitting/description? This is my first time I ever buy from RevZilla. Don't know if I ever will again. Very disappointed!

Everything was perfect. My helmet came next day. The exhaust came day before it was suppose to. Bike sounds amazing and Helmet is beautiful.
