I ordered the Kuryakyn extended brake pedal. Unfortunately the next day Canada's mail system went on strike. I received an email from the delivery company saying my order was being returned to sender. I waited a few weeks and contacted RevZilla's online system and they were extremely helpful. Within 2 or 3 days I had a complete refund onto my card. A few weeks later the strike was settled and I re-ordered. Less than a week later I had my package, this time however, it was sent via a courier company, bypassing Canada Post.
Every time I order from Revzilla, my shipments are prompt with plenty of shipment notifications. Should you ever need customer service, I've never found them to be any other than cooperative and friendly.
