I ordered this product on 2-10, and it was stated it would ship with 24 hours. The product wasn't sent to be shipped until 2-15. I didn't receive the product until 2-21. I understand there was a one day weather delay, but that is still a long time to wait for something that to be shipped within 24 hours.

The helmet I was looking for was out of stock, I signed up for emails when it came back in stock. After 2 weeks I was notified the helmet was back instock. I purchased one on Friday morning and received it Sunday afternoon.
I received delivery of a Yuasa battery for my DL650. It was supposed to be a new dry battery with acid to be added. However, I received what was clearly a battery someone had returned. The exterior box was worn, the acid had been added at some unknown time, the battery hardware was loose in the box and the battery exterior was significantly scuffed. I don't believe there is any way that whomever shipped it could have not known they were giving me a used battery, and given that I'd held Revzilla in pretty high esteem, this was sad.
However, working through Sophia A. At customer service got the situation corrected soon enough and I got my new battery and it is just fine. I lost about a week with extra shipping time, but the situation got corrected without much hassle. (The question of why/how I was sent an obviously used battery remains unanswered.)
