Rechargeable light on the go

Cant recommend

I believe I just lost out on a $200+ order.
Ordered a helmet on Saturday, but due to using PayPal, my shipping address was changed unknowingly. Website said costumer service hours were 9-5 Monday through Friday, so I waited till 9am on Monday to call. I also sent an email immediately after the order was placed asked for correction of the address.
I waited untill monday and Called first thing and was ensured by the first employee it would be retrieved once delivered.
After calling back today for an update, I was told I should have called Saturday (despite the website saying it was closed,) and that it all depends on the person at my old address desides to send it back, if im going to get a refund or not.
So after hearing two different things from two different employees, having my shipping addressed changed because of payment method, and then being told in a ver snarky way, that I "should have called anyways" despite the hours saying closed, I think I've lost out on a helmet and any faith in this company.
Be cautious if you use them, and make sure PayPal is up to date, I guess.
I won't be going back.

Couldn't find the correct battery with the correct lugs at any of my local stores. As i always prefer to shop local. Battery stated instantly with no issues. Revzilla has taken care of me for years. Always great services and results. And i love their reviews. Especially Lenny. That's my boy.

I purchased a premium Schuberth helmet. When I received it, the outside shipping box was alright, but the helmet box was not closed and actually ripped. The helmet appeared alright at first, but then I found a very loose air vent control that made noise in the wind. Revzilla resolved the issue by sending me a NEW helmet in perfect condition (And the box it came in was new and unopened), but I should never have been sent the original "Used/defective" helmet in the first place.

Short but sweet

Called to inquire about heated gear,Chris was very knowledgeable, however he was incorrect about Gerbing inside jacket fuses,no such animal.I sent My Jacket to Shelton Wa. To get the sleeve connectors replaced no charge by Gerbing, they said they had issues with them not working? All is well now! Thanks guys! :)

Helmet purchase.

Purchased a helmet and I used the size chart to determine the correct size. However, it turned out to be too small so I had to return it. The process was quick and easy. Only complaint was it took too long to receive the helmet. The return was quick and simple.

Fit like a glove!

The jeans fit my boyfriend like a glove. They weren't too tight or too short. He mentioned how they weren't nearly as heavy as other motorcycle jeans that he wears and was very pleased with the purchase. I will definitely order these again for him.

I ordered an open box item at a very fair price. The parts where sent timely, however, the main part of the kit was not included in the shipment. I called and Jo Jo immediately instructed me on what to do in order to get my complete order. Within 2 days my order was corrected and readied for shipment. It took 2 days because I could not get to ups for one of those days.
I now have a complete order on the way. THANK YOU!

Order did not arrive

This may not be Revzilla's fault, order some tires after several weeks waiting there was notice saying FedEx could not deliver them. No reason given. Maybe Rezilla should consider other providers.

Some items overpriced

I purchased a battery status indicator for $65. (or over $70 with tax and shipping). It didn't ship with other items I purchased at the same time, however shipping on this item was late so I looked on Amazon and found a better one for $12 with FREE SHIPPING. So I cancelled my order with Revzilla.
