Nowadays, most online stores offer free return shipping, especially when you're buying clothes or shoes.

I like Revzilla a lot. Amazing range of products, very good prices, good service, so I'm giving 5 stars (no penalty for a combination of my planning and a slow shipping service). It was just a bummer that I order 2 items for a 3 day BDR Trip, expecting them to show up on Thursday, but they didn't arrive until Friday... at 6:00pm (we rolled out for the trip at 4:00pm). A word of warning (just common sense really): don't expect your stuff to arrive the day before your trip! Plan accordingly.

I purchased a Sedici Advventura jacket in Feb that quickly began coming apart at the seams. For the cost of the jacket and the expense of local repairs I could purchase a much nicer new jacket and decided to look at warranty options. Unfortunately the warranty process meant I would be without a jacket for close to a week, so I timed the process to overlap with a vacation to minimize riding time without protection. Unfortunately the order process for the replacement item was not smooth and the item was "label created, waiting for carrier pickup" for over a week. Emily offered great support and resubmited the order. This replacement was delayed by the carrier additional days. I received the product today, nearly 3 weeks after placing the initial order for the replacement product. The process was cumbersome but Emily was great.

I appreciate that RevZilla had the filter in stock. This was much less $ than the K&N option, and it will work fine for me since I am not looking at high performance anyway.
Delivered quickly. I only wish I had thought to order some more so I could have met the threshold for free shipping.

Great customer service as always. Shoes need a little more breaking in than anticipated. I will be giving more money to Revzilla.com in the future!

I had returned the first pair of these gloves I purchased. Normally I wear large but these run small. Second set I bought on sale and extra large. I would not buy again. Pinky finger Liner was twisted or sewn shut. To get my finger past the block I tore the liner. Now know liner for that finger.

Loved the tool to find right tire for my bike and was able to get it to my mechanic promptly for replacing with free shipping.

The products are the products and I am very happy with what I ordered but Revzilla doesn't make the product. What they do is offer an amazing and unique experience when purchasing. Easy to find products, great reviews and tutorials as well as highly impressive customer service. I personally have returned several products and it is always an easy process.
