Ordered a set of tires... both showed in stock at order time. When one of them was NOT in stock, only 1 tire was delivered. Shipper did not adequately inform RevZilla, and they were not aware of the discrepancy. When I informed them of the short shipping, RevZilla investigated, found out what happened, and gave me a discount on another item. While not the most convenient, I was able to wait until the desired tire was back in stock. I reordered it, with the discount, and it was received promptly.

Long time Revzilla customer. Purchased a Knox armored shirt. I did not opt for the 2 day shipping because Revzilla has been taking so long to pack and ship orders it usually takes a week anyway. They are now using FedEx economy which uses the Post Office to transport. They may be saving a buck but it takes forever to get the product to your door. If you need to coordinate being home so your $400 jacket is not sitting on your front porch or apartment mail room you can forget it. I got updates saying it would be delivered on 5/12,5/13,5/17 and it was finally delivered on 5/19. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and have UPS or FedEx standard ground delivery so you can at least get a realistic estimate on delivery. I could have ordered the jacket directly from Knox in UK and had it delivered sooner for just a few dollars more. I will likely not be using Revzilla for purchases any longer as it does not make sense having to wait 10 days for an item to be shipped and delivered these days. The customer service, packing and shipping has been steadily going downhill since the "pandemic" excuses and it continues to get worse.
Revzilla does not seem to care and they definitely take their customers for granted. I will purchase locally from now on or direct from manufacturer when possible going forward.

It was ok, was looking for the revitt metric gloves, But they were out of stock, but they did have the revitt sands h20 that I did get and I really like. Also got reax superfly 2 that are just ok.

I ordered and paid for a NEW windshield. What I recieved was a windshield that was previos sold and damaged. I could clearly see where the two shipping labels were on the box, one where Revzilla shipped it and one where the previous customer shiped it back. The customer who shipped it back wasn't careful when he packed it back in the box. The box had two large tears in it and inside the mounting hardware was loose and scratched the windshield. I am VERY UPSET with Revzilla for sending me a windshield in such condition. Then Revzilla didn't want tot ake it back. I had to send photos of the box to Revzilla and later they wanted photos of the windshield. In time after all the photos Revzilla finally did accept my return and refunded my account. I ordered a NEW windshield and I paid for a NEW windshield, but Revzilla sent me a damaged windshield. I have since bought the same windshield for the same price from another company. In the future I will probably NEVER buy anything from Revzilla.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. I did have one shipment get hung up in a fedex warehouse which added a couple days. This is not the fault of the shipper. Very pleased and well purchase from again in the future.
