It's a good jacket it seems over all. Looks like it came with a removable lining and free stickers!... however. I know in general im a Med. But I probably need to return and get a large. It's a bit tight

I ordered a set of injectors and they didn't arrive for almost 2 weeks. The shipping said it would only take 4 days however when I called to find out what was going on, I was told I had to wait an additional day for them to tell me anything due to this "5" day policy you have for shipping issues. I still waited an additional 5 days after brining my issue up to customer service for my order to arrive. This is completely unacceptable and when trying to run a business, you need parts in a timely manner. I most likely will not purchase from revzilla again

I purchased universal saddlebag supports and it's packaged with one side of cardboard and then the product is covered in a thin "hard" plastic and overall a size of 20"x5"x 3". The item was shipped in a box large enough for 50 of these with almost no protective materials inside. Due to that and the thin plastic the metal supports broke through the package and was tossed around the large box. Luckily the box was completely taped and that this is an item where it doesn't matter if everything is scratched. Probably won't order here again.

Was on phone with advisor for quite a while. Fully answered all my questions and completed my order.

Ordered a USWE Buddy Modular Dual Storage Pouch and have received a Modular Insulated Bottle Bag in error. Discussed wrong item sent to me with Sophia at Customer Service and she re ordered again. Three days later received ANOTHER Modular Insulated Bottle Bag in error; again! Called Customer Service AGAIN and Jonathan said they will research the warehouse inventory set up as it appears to be entered in error picking the wrong bin number associated with the part number.

I loved the gloves. Great padding and protection, but they feel a bit stiff and tight. Looking forward to see if the loosen up a bit. I suggest going up a size if you have large hands.

Quick shipment, communicated/followup about when parts were shipped and when to expect to be received.

Ordered a set of tires... both showed in stock at order time. When one of them was NOT in stock, only 1 tire was delivered. Shipper did not adequately inform RevZilla, and they were not aware of the discrepancy. When I informed them of the short shipping, RevZilla investigated, found out what happened, and gave me a discount on another item. While not the most convenient, I was able to wait until the desired tire was back in stock. I reordered it, with the discount, and it was received promptly.
