I ordered wrong item.
Reordered it, Sent wrong one back without any restocking charge or shipping cost with full credit.
Not many companies today give that good of service.
Would not hesitate to order in future.
Ordered new helmet based on size of current in use. Went with a different brand than I currently have and fit was a little too snug. Quick and easy return. Reordered helmet in next bigger size and fit is great
Received items quickly. One item was shipped out first and got that fast. Second item was held up by FedEx for three days and their hub but still received the day after original delivery date. Overall very satisfied
The website could be easier to navigate and a little more user-friendly, but all-in-all I was able to browse a large select of motorcycle, ordering was a breeze, and order was sent out for delivery right away.
Everything about the website is perfect. Easy to find what I'm looking for. It's easy to place an order and the cart is very descriptive of what you are ordered and the tracking updates via email are perfect. The only one thing I could say is the order email doesn't divvy up each items total as a receipt. But very happy and all items are in perfect condition. Thanks!
My wife needed a new helmet. Shopping online for a helmet manufacturer is like buying shoes online you have never seen or tried on before. Revzilla made it easy to use all the guides available and then select one. It was 2 small even tho was the same size as her old one. Different manufacturer, different sizing. We. Sent it back and they sent a different one she felt would work better and so far it has. Revzilla has been very Pro customer service and is why I am a customer.
My experiences with Revzilla have regularly been productive. I am able to set a specific motorcycle for which I am searching accessories, as well as the type of riding equipment for which I have interest. If in stock, I can quickly and easily make a purchase, and typical delivery times are reasonable. I rarely have any issues, and the Revzilla team are typically there to assist as best they can.
Went to Revzilla to buy replacement tires, my preferred brand were out of stock, so used the on-line CS agent to fid out if there was an expected date for them to return to stock. They were not able to provide that information, but discussed my requirements and if I would be open to alternatives. After an informative discussion they gave me a recommendation that I went with.
Easy to find the OEM part I was looking for,
I love how easy shopping at Revzilla is, my only wish is they would carry more and make it easier to filter to CE slide rated gear. Lots will say CE rated but it has to do with the color or something like that and not the official slide rating.
Always a great experience to shop at Revzilla.
I looked up an item using the tool on their website to shop for items that fit my bike specifically. This was advertised as an opened box item.
When I received the item there was no way it would fit my bike. The return process was easy however I had to pay almost $10 in shipping. I added comments to the return explaining that I should not lose money due to their website error however I got zero response and they took the $10 out of my refund.
I specifically mentioned that this was listed as open box. I am assuming that someone else had the same issue and Revzilla did not correct it.
I have placed an overseas order. Customer service wrote me that it usually takes 10-14 days.
I wrote back saying that I will not be at the address after ten days and it will be a problem for me. I asked for their help to accelerate my shipment with a sense of urgency.
I have received my package in 8 days for Scotland.
Fully delighted about their understanding and service quality. Customer service employees are Jonathan R and Karl S.
I ordered my tire on a Saturday. Monday my credit card was charged but I didn't get a shipping email as I normally do. Tuesday I went online to your chat box. After providing my order number I was informed there was a delay in shipping and it would be shipped as soon as possible. (My card was charged Monday.) Wednesday I get a shipping email with tracking number. I checked tracking number and my tire shipped on that Monday my card was charged. So your right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing? This is not my normal experience ordering from ya'll.
The supposed 10% discount code didn't work on my first order. My order was shipped in three parts. One arrived in a few days, the other took more than a week, and the last part took almost two weeks. What a disappointing experience.
The site wouldn't honor my first-time order code for a 10% discount, so after all of that shopping and time, I didn't get any benefit for my first order.
I wrote a positive but brief review. However, the site would not let me advance and complete because my review did not meet the predetermined minimum characters that the site prescribed I should. Forcing me to write a review of predefined length of characters is a bad move. Now you no nothing.
Ordered a tire that did not state in the product description that they were close out tires still listed above $200 and ended up sending me a 9-year-old tire then tried to tell me that y'all send out the oldest tires first but that isn't true because the last tire I purchased from you which was 2 years ago same model same brand everything the tire was dated from 2021 this time y'all sent me a tire dated from 2016
I have used the same riding boots now twice. The booth design is very comfortable to get in and being all made made material practically waterproof. Previous boots lasted three years and are still very usable for yard work.
I like the brands. I enjoyed my boots so much I got again but in the appropriate size. I did try a different Forma boot but the Eva looked way better. Forma is a good solid brand. The boots are waterproof, CE rated and fashionable. I hope the Eva stays as their staple. The return policy is so ready breezy,
Forma boots were as described. Fit was accurate. Price was ok. The big bummer was shipping. Not exaggerating when I say I received a quick shifter ordered on eBay from Australia, faster than I received my boots from Revzilla from Vegas. I live in NY.
So far through my experience in owning a motorcycle I have looked almost everywhere online for motorcycle gear and reveille always seems to have the best prices and a great selection of options. Every purchase has been satisfying and shipped out in a timely manner.
