I need to return the helmet due to it small and very tight. What is your process?

I recently purchased a new bike after a months-long hiatus. The warmer weather gave me the "itch" to ride again. My first stop after buying the bike was RevZilla - for a new Arai helmet and a Cardo Freecom 2x. Both items were received within days of ordering. RevZilla consistently demonstrates how a vendor keeps its customers!

Fast delvery, good communication. Price is the same as anywhere else and cant use promo codes on items i care about, but i got what i ordered, when they said id get it.

I purchased a size large helmet, followed the size guide on your website however when the helmet didn't fit and had to be returned. Because I'd followed your size guide I feel I shouldn't have had to pay return shipping. And now the sizes above large are all out of stock so this hasn't been a good experience at all.

It was quick, easy and painless. The tires I wanted were in stock and the sizes I needed. I selected them, put them in the cart, paid for them and they arrived at my door a fews days later. So easy.

The rack I received was not the correct rack, it was actually labeled incorrectly. Revzilla took care of the return with little to no hassle. Very pleased with the customer service.

I've bought a lot from RevZilla - from riding pants and boots, to crash bars and phone mounts. Their prices are great, the Zilla cash and military discount are extremely helpful (and a generous perk). Everything I've purchased has arrived well before the expected delivery date. Packaging is always on point. The "wishlist" feature on the website is nice to have (Amazon for your motorcycle). I also appreciate that I have a "garage" with my bike info stored, so when searching for parts, etc., RevZilla tells me if it will fit my bike. I can also narrow my search to only look at what is specifically made for my bike (parts, oil filters, etc.)

I ordered a helmet and cardo neo set up for my husband. The shopping in the cardo was so fast! The helmet said it was a quick ship thing but that did take a little longer to actually ship. Products are great and as described on the site. I learned points for ordering and will definitely be ordering more from RevZilla!

They had the part that I needed and it got here as promised... can't ask for anything better

I have been using RevZilla for three years and have always been treated well. There has never been a problem on returning items that don't fit. There is no one locally where I can try on things so sometimes it takes a couple of tries before I find something that works for me. RevZilla has always come through for me. Ordered a smoked shield for my helmet and it showed up in a couple of days. Fast and easy!

Saw the video and the Staff's pick recommendation. Convinced me and bought it. No regrets, it is what was presented.

The pants are super cool. I really like how they feel and fit, but just like everyone else says the pads don't go up to you knees the same are with mine. Really wish they did tbh.
