I've used Revzilla since my first new bike purchase about 8 years ago and have always found the support from real riders very helpful.
The web site is very good with many videos that help with research and decision-making.

Sent something completely different from what I ordered. Tried to make me pay to ship it back. Had to sit on hold for 2 hours to get a return label. Revzilla is a waste of your money and time.

I've made a couple purchases so far, and have been very please with the entire process. They keep me up to date on how my order is moving along. The parts came fast and were packaged with care.

It was a good product and it fit my bike. It arrived quickly with plenty of notice.

The helmet was correct and was exactly as described, but they did send the wrong color gloves. I did not report it or try to refund, because the color they shipped by mistake was acceptable.

First off, your speed in getting the product to my door was excellent. Secondly the prices were more than fair. Thank you.

Bought the Rotor Lock with Alarm to go on a trip, got to the destination and on day one the lock worked as claimed, on day two the lock did not allow the key to enter the tumbler freely to unlock the device. So with the alarm going off, I finally managed to get the key into the tumbler and unlock the device. Needless to say that isn't going to work. Plan on returning the item as "not working as advertised." So, that was the meat and potato's of the review, the plus is that the device is bright yellow and has a cord.

The online ordering experience was very easy, received order confirmation and then shipping confirmation emails. Delivery by UPS was about 3 days later. Very easy!

It's always difficult to shop for helmets on line. Revzilla representative was able to answer my questions re: weight and fastening (D ring vs ratchet). I had no problems with returning a helmet. Very happy

We ordered gloves and a women's jacket. The jacket was a bit large and the return and replacement process was extremely easy and cost effective.

Got my part within 2 days. Bike is running again and im happy with my order.
