I recieved a beautiful jacket. Unfortunately it didn't fit so I had to return it. I was surprised that it was too big, since jackets for women are often 2 sizes too small. But Icon may actually be true to size. The return was easy and quick to do, so I was very pleased with this service and will be buying again from Revzilla soon!

I didn't receive my order of motorcycle oil or filter within two days as stated per my membership purchased. Ordered at the same time neither arrived on time. I received notice part of it was delivered on day two but didn't actually receive them. I emailed about it and days went by with no response. Then I got a response saying per shipping notifications it appears to have already arrived. Even though I explained they didn't when I emailed. Nor had my filter even been shipped. I addressed these concerns in the email back and I received no follow up response. The neighbors brought my oil over a couple days later and then my filter arrived days after that. I received no compensation for the items not arriving in two days per my membership and not even a response to my email at all. Thanks for the products but not the service. Your customer

Revzilla is awesome for both new and experienced riders. If you are looking to pick up your first set of gear, I wouldnt recommend anywhere else. Every product I have seen has measurement guides to ensure you get the right size, or close to it. For more fitted items like gloves, returning is as easy as printing a label and repacking the item. No more deciding which retailer to buy an item from, if somewhere has it cheaper, let Revzilla know and they are happy to match them. Signing up for a rider preferred membership also pays for itself multiple times over between the discounts, cash back, and shipping. Great company that cares about all riders.
Given my experience, I would purchase more items from Rev. They canceled my first order, but gave me more Rev Bucks, thus I purchased the reservoir which was expensive without the discount.

I bought riding pants off of RevZilla and when they came in and I tried them on the button broke. It blew my mind that the product was so cheap. Does RevZilla actually check the products that they are selling or are they just grabbing as many Motorcycle riding Products as they can to just snap them on their site? If you want feedback on your customer service reps. I would recommend having a manager that is able to tap into different conversations that are being had at the moment to ensure that the service and quality that RevZilla is saying it has is monitored to actually be true. I almost did not fill this out because you guys require for me to get my full name which I don't understand why. If you make your feedback anonymous, you might get more feedbacks from disgruntled people. In fact, I'm going to put a fake name here because I don't want anything from you and I believe and data personal protection.

I bought some khrome werks baffles. Didn't realize they were sold as a pair. That was my mistake I must have overlooked that in the description somewhere. With cs contact they understood and sent me anorepaid label to return the unopened product, and I am awaiting my refund now. It was easy to deal with.
Item arrived, it was obvious I received an open box item. Outside packaging was ripped open, hardware was opened in the box loose (nuts and bolts). Directions appeared to be old and refolded incorrectly. Called customer, explained issue, wanted to go over the items with me to make sure everything was there. Customer service was rude and taking my complaint personally. Followed instructions given, waited a few days for them to get back to me, and when he did - the answer was. "It's all there". I was charged for a brand new item, but received a. Open box item, with no adjustments. I think Revzilla can do better. I think I'll start looking at other places, went to the company that made the item I purchased, and their price was not much different. Support is better with the main company.
