Retouche

As a gift for my wife and mother-in-law, I had Retouche add color to some black-and-white family photos. I had details on the coloring of the people, places and clothing in the photos and Retouche worked with me to match each color as closely as possible, including several revisions as we tweaked and edited. The photos came out beautiful and I know my wife's family is going to love them. I would definitely use Retouche again for any special photo projects.

I have used Retouché for several clients... and in all cases the results were outstanding! Service was prompt, retouching was exactly what I needed, and fees were within budget. I especially appreciate that proofs are provided for client approval, involving clients in the process and ensuring satisfaction. I sent one photo to them for editing; it took seven days for them to complete the job. Because of the wait, I thought they would do a great job, but that wasn't the case. The photo didn't look much better than the original that I sent them. When I made my comments and asked for revisions, the artist told me that there wasn't anything else he could do because of the quality of my original. I was so frustrated that I just approved the work and paid them - I was in tears because I had hopes they would help with a photo that is important to me. Based on my dealings with them, they don't respect the customer at all. Interestingly enough, I had another company edit my photo and it looks great!

Wow! Horrible! I submitted 4 photos. They said it would take 8 days. After the 8 days they notified my that my photos were ready. I looked at my account and nothing had been done. I sent them an email and said that nothing had been done to my photos. Paul responded with this, "I am sorry that you are blind!" I responded and said unless he was seeing something I wasn't, I'm not blind and then I pointed out one obvious change that hadn't been made (none of the requested changes had been made). Within seconds he sent me the revised photo with the one change and said, "this pic is fine now" (don't know why they wanted 8 days to make the changes). I pointed out all the other changes he hadn't made and after a few more rude comments from Paul I stopped responding. Then he had the nerve to charge me - since they require your credit card information before they start. I had to cancel through my credit card company.

We've been using Retouche for years now and the quality of the services were and always are Top Notch! The prices are fabulous as well as the staff and they are always there to help you, listen to you to meet your goals, and improve your pictures until you're happy. In our field (record label/Music production) we need the best for retouched pictures but we want them to be natural as well and not overly-processed like many others do. But Paul and the team are masters at delivering the best naturally looking amazing pictures...! Amazing job guys, we are like looking forward to what's next!

I had several photos I needed to be photoshopped and needed it in a couple of days. These guys and awesome prices so I went with them. They have a 25% surcharge if you do a rush order. The original prices are so good that I always get the surcharged prices because I like to have the photos fast. You can leave detailed notes of what you want and if you don; t like the first result you just leave more notes and they do it over again in a few minutes. (I do this several times to get the best result). They are very patient and make sure you have exactly what you have in mind. Even after my order was complete I noticed something needed tweaking and they did it in 10 minutes. Great guys here. I'v used them a couple of times in the future, will do again.

Also I take my photos with a iphone 6s and the results I get out make it look like I took my photos with a professional cam.

After years of spending way too much money and time hiring professional photographers to take photos of my product I found the best alternative in Retouch! I have been using their photo editing services for several years and I'm very impressed with the quality and quick turnaround. All I have to do is take my own photos on my amateur camera upload them to the Retouch site and. Voilá I get back the most gorgeous photos! Professional quality, quick turnaround and a fraction of the cost!

Paul was very attentive to my quote request. I asked for the 1-day service, and I received my 13 photos: re-touched, cropped, lightened, softened - all within HOURS. Plus, he took my change requests through in a prompt and professional manner. I am a Marketing Major who needs photos touched up often. Rather than going to a professional studio, I take the photo with a cell phone and send them to Paul at Retouche Studio, Boston. MA., 1-877-6RETOUCHE. He turns them into QUALITY photos that looked like they were taken at a portrait studio that would cost $1,000s. Retouche is so reasonable that I am sending all my photos here. I cannot believe the turn-around and the quality. I feel like Retouche is a diamond in the rough! I am very meticulous and their work impressed the heck outta me!

Retouche.com is somewhat fast on the turnaround of your photos, if you pay for it. However, the normal things that you think any Photoshop editor would fix they do not. Retouche.com allows you to ask for your edits which apparently must include everything all at once and the most obvious things you don't think should be "asked for."
The most aggravating thing about Retouche.com is their customer service. Be sure that you have a lot of time allotted to looking after their edits. Why? Well they will email you that they are ready, and then email you a reminder. If you do not approve then they send you an email that they will delete your photos and still take your payment. I have used other services like this before and have never felt so pressured or to be honest, threatened. It is my belief that Retouche.com doesn't care for customer service or that some of their reps lack the knowledge of the English language in order to respond without sounding completely rude.
I wish I would've read other reviews so I would have known NOT to use this service.

I had a frustrating experience with a recent order I placed with them. I requested revisions on several photos, where they hadn't addressed the original requests for changes or let me know that they were unable to implement the requested changes. After that, the order seemed to stall and they were non-responsive to my attempts in contacting them regarding the status of the order.

They ended up "completing" the order, and while they did address several changes I requested, there were several that they didn't. I wasn't enjoying my experience working with them, so I just figured I would contact another company to finish making the changes that this company would not or could not.

My overall impression was that they were unprofessional and have poor communication/ customer relation skills. It also seemed as if they wanted to do the least amount of work possible and just assumed you wouldn't notice. I recommend working with another company.

I had two orders completed by retouche. One was a gag gift of a picture photoshopped into a poster it came out perfect it was hilarious! The other was a picture of my son and two daughters, but I wanted it just of my son for part of the Christmas card. It came out perfect you could not even tell that it was photoshopped. Everything was done on time Will definitley being using them again for any retouches, photoshops or restorations needed.
