I asked Retouche to remove glare from the glasses of a dear friend of mine and it was done unbelievably quick and to perfection. Paul is amazing! As the owner of a somewhat unconventional company I need intensive portrait photo treatment. From my very first contact with Retouche, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It's been a great pleasure doing business with them and communicating with Paul and they come highly recommended. After explaining what I was looking for, a price was set up, including one for rush orders. In cases where some additional retouching was requested by me, this was done without any complaints. I'm no computer genius but the system used for uploading pictures, payments, reviewing pictures and providing feedback is super easy to use, even for me. Most importantly I have almost always been very happy with the results and in cases where I was not completely satisfied, my feedback was taken seriously and improved results were offered until I was completely satisfied. This service provided by the retouche team is so great! Every picture hanging in our home has been 'retouched' which gives our photos a nice finished, cohesive and professional feel.

I agree with the rest of the reviewers - the company is totally unprofessional in editing and in dealing with customers. They charge your credit card before even doing anything to the photograph. Editing/retouching is so poor it looks like a high school student is doing it.
Do not even start with them - look elsewhere.
Retouche exceeded my expectations with their photo editing services! They managed to tackle all the edits I needed perfectly, aligning with my requests. The prices were fair, and their website made it a breeze to upload my photo.

They were able to work wonders with a photo when others were telling me it couldn't be done. Very impressive results. The business model also works well because there's a watermark on the photo until you are satisfied with the edits. Will use them again in the future and I highly recommend.
I am over the moon with the final result of my special Christmas card project. I commissioned Retouche to turn a black & white picture of a little boy to color, then add him to a color picture with a little girl. Paul did not disappoint! Not only was Paul able to get it done in record time, but the final picture looks so authentic that Im certain everyone will be wondering if the two in the picture really shared that moment together. I am writing a book about the life of a dog. I had photos which were 35-45 years old. After contacting Retouche, they taught me what needed to be done before sending them the photos. They did a great job; they removed glare, removed an unwanted arm and hand in the photo, and enhanced the color. I thank them.

This is by far the best photo retouching service I have ever used. Paul will work with you until you are happy with your photos. I stumbled across his website just by doing a simple search and I must say I am so lucky that I was able to do so. I am very particular about certain things that I see in my photos and Paul was able to bring the photos back to life. He's very professional and courteous and his attention to details and feedback are awesome. And also you don't pay until you are completely satisfied with the work. The team at Retouche always provide a quality outcome and are reliable with delivery. Our company has been using the service for around 4 years now and we are always very happy with the results that the team deliver. Having the option of an express service or standard service is very helpful and being able to upload your images and mark up notes in one easy to use system, is a super easy process. What we love the most is if you need to work on something out of hours, you have piece of mind that you can have the freedom to upload at your convenience and know that the job is underway. We have always been really happy with the final results which always look amazing! Overall an excellant service and team.
I did, it seems, make a mistake in my initial submital to Retouche however my attempts to correct my error were ignored with responses totally indifferent of any effort to correct my intent.
The final product although it did include a correction I had not requested was marginal at best even with the inclusion of some repeatedly requested corrections.
Bottom line, I have received equal or better work for other more complex projects at a much less price and a more rapid response time. I used Retouche only because I lost tract of the previously used firms. I will definitely expend more effort to locate other sources for any future projects.
Communications with Paul, who seems to be the primary spokesperson for Retouche, are difficult at best. He seems to be rude and totally indifferent to any thought of the customers wishes.

I worked with Paul. Submitted 28 wedding photographs from a terrible photographer and he was able to salvage every one-color correction, blemish correction, item removal, "degreasing" faces, enhancing eyelashes... you name it, he could do it. They charged $292.32 for the full order and I was able to continue giving feedback on each and every picture until it was exactly how I envisioned it.
I came across Retouche through google search. Among many others that provide similar services, Retouche had the most user friendly online platform for uploading the photos and requesting a quote for customized photo enhancements.
Each uploaded photo had a dedicated note area where we could explain what modifications/improvements to be made.
Paul surprised us with his outstanding skills in understanding our requirements and implementing them
Results exceeded our expectations and the final outcome was perfect.

Harmon I double checked your order - pic was approved, minor additional request you made 0 was implemented. I do not see anything you asked that we didn't do... I am confused and surprised that you got negative experience. Contact us again if the pic you approved is made in a different manner than you need. If you are asking about bright areas - I clarified that totally white (overexposed areas) technically cannot be made darker and recover details - they are lost, if this is the issue. I supposed that I was clear bout this limitation from the beginning.
