Retouche

This is my first experience with "Retouche" but it will not be my last. I give them Five Stars. They are kind, courteous, professional, helpful and could not have been more helpful to me in my time of need.

My brother, a Vietnam Veteran, recently died and was buried at the Florida National Military Cemetery. Most family and friends life in Michigan. I wanted to prepare a brochure for them and came across the name "Retouche" went on line and the rest is history. They walked me through everything and were so patient with me being nearly 80.

The final product was an all color, tri-fold, beautiful brochure with photos I submitted. I can't thank them enough and as I said, I shall return.

Retouche.com is somewhat fast on the turnaround of your photos, if you pay for it. However, the normal things that you think any Photoshop editor would fix they do not. Retouche.com allows you to ask for your edits which apparently must include everything all at once and the most obvious things you don't think should be "asked for."
The most aggravating thing about Retouche.com is their customer service. Be sure that you have a lot of time allotted to looking after their edits. Why? Well they will email you that they are ready, and then email you a reminder. If you do not approve then they send you an email that they will delete your photos and still take your payment. I have used other services like this before and have never felt so pressured or to be honest, threatened. It is my belief that Retouche.com doesn't care for customer service or that some of their reps lack the knowledge of the English language in order to respond without sounding completely rude.
I wish I would've read other reviews so I would have known NOT to use this service.

Super easy to use their site, and they don`t charge anything before you`re 100% satisfyed. Good communication and quick answering my e-mail each time, even though we are in total different time sones. I had a quite big order and they managed to get it ready in 24 hours.

I have used several groups over the years in regard to photoshop and / or photo editing services and Retouche delivered the very best quality I have ever received! My projects were not simple and required a lot of detail and moving many faces and / or bodies from one photo to the final product. I have had hundreds of people look at the final photo since Retouche finished as it is framed in two spots. No one can tell who was photo-shopped in as their work was flawless, perfect, and absolutely amazing.
This group will always get my business. Defiantly five stars!

They canceled our order because we didn't approve the photos in 20 minutes or less. They were extremely rude.

Retouche.com did an amazing job restoring a very old, damaged black and white photo of my mother when she was 22 years old. The work they did to repair the photo as well as restore color was so natural, one would never know the photo was not originally taken in color or that it was ever damaged. My now 86 year old mother is delighted with the final product, as am I. The staff at Retouche was professional, prompt and very courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to all of my friends and family.

As the owner of a somewhat unconventional company I need intensive portrait photo treatment. From my very first contact with Retouche, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It's been a great pleasure doing business with them and communicating with Paul and they come highly recommended. After explaining what I was looking for, a price was set up, including one for rush orders. In cases where some additional retouching was requested by me, this was done without any complaints. I'm no computer genius but the system used for uploading pictures, payments, reviewing pictures and providing feedback is super easy to use, even for me. Most importantly I have almost always been very happy with the results and in cases where I was not completely satisfied, my feedback was taken seriously and improved results were offered until I was completely satisfied. The time I save by using the services of Retouche is very well worth it and I have not been able to find a company offering similar services at a better rate. Met vriendelijke groet - Best regards.

Retouche did such an impressive job on editing my photo! I had a lot of editing to be done and they did exactly as I had requested. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The website was easy to use to upload my photo and they were very prompt in getting back to me. I will most certainly be a return customer and recommend them to others.

A friend recommended Retouche to me after I received our wedding photos back and some of them needed fixing (crooked horizon, no colour in the sky etc.)
After the Retouche team reviewed them they gave me an estimate to fix up all the problems and I was absolutely amazed at how fantastic our wedding photos now look. They all have beautiful colours in them, they even straightened the horizon and were able to put colour and detail back into these photos. The talented team were even able to take out background cars and recreate the scene without it looking obvious. I highly recommend this company, I have had a very positive experience with them. - THANK YOU SO MUCH

Looking for someone online to touch up several photographs by improving the images, putting in new backgrounds, and cutting out other people. I stumbled onto retouche but could not have been more pleased. The work was professional and suite me to a tee. I highly recommend them.

I did, it seems, make a mistake in my initial submital to Retouche however my attempts to correct my error were ignored with responses totally indifferent of any effort to correct my intent.

The final product although it did include a correction I had not requested was marginal at best even with the inclusion of some repeatedly requested corrections.

Bottom line, I have received equal or better work for other more complex projects at a much less price and a more rapid response time. I used Retouche only because I lost tract of the previously used firms. I will definitely expend more effort to locate other sources for any future projects.

Communications with Paul, who seems to be the primary spokesperson for Retouche, are difficult at best. He seems to be rude and totally indifferent to any thought of the customers wishes.

Paul and his team are consummate professionals and their experience so broad that they just know how your photos need to be improved, before you even ask. And they will faithfully represent as many of your editing requests that it takes, in a prompt and professional manner until you're 100% satisfied with what they've produced. I can't recommend them highly enough and i'll be using them again and again in the years to come for all my family events. Just try them out and you'll see! You won't be disappointed.:-)

Worst customer service ever! I uploaded a picture of me and my daddy that just passed away, I wanted repaired for his obituary. It's the only picture I had of the two of us together ( I actually mentioned this in note to them) The response I received back was rude so I commented on that fact, only to get a even worst response. The person's name was Paul he was nasty and unapologetic. Their bootleg website wouldn't let me delete my picture or information from the site. Don't waste your time or money with them especially if your a person of color they don't want our business!

I've used Retouche for several images I've needed clipped out from the background. They've done a great job with them, including the hair. Recommended.

Excellent work that exceeded my expectations. They resolved a difficult lighting disparity when joining images from two separate photos. The finished product was a flawless outdoor photo where the people appeared natural and were compatible with the background. I would use Retouche again, and would recommend them without reservation.

This is outrageously poor business. Horrible, rude and very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I gave Retohche a torn damaged black and white photo and it was retouched magnificency comments like I gave you a damaged photo and it came back looking like a masterpiece. A restoration to be proud of thank you so much.

I am over the moon with the final result of my special Christmas card project. I commissioned Retouche to turn a black & white picture of a little boy to color, then add him to a color picture with a little girl. Paul did not disappoint! Not only was Paul able to get it done in record time, but the final picture looks so authentic that Im certain everyone will be wondering if the two in the picture really shared that moment together. Job well done and Ill be using Retouche Services again.
