I paid for the executive package. I received a 1st resume and it was just my own submitted resume that had the tilde Changed and after the first page it was just truncated. I asked for a different writer and after 3 weeks working with ResumesPlanet I received a poor quality resume. Full of grammar errors missing commas runon sentences and excessive use of the word "and." Like 3 ands in a sentence 6 times. I stopped counting after 54 issues. The 99.9% satisfaction guarantee is worthless. They ask for a list of violations but cant even see the problems looking at the resume. I think all the reviews I saw were fake. I now have a useless resume. I ended up rewriting my resume myself.

I am so impressed with this service since they are real professionals. I needed a CV to start my scientific career in pharmaceutical company and I am so proud of the result I got with the help of this team. They give you a 100% guarantee that is not worth anything. After you pay all the money for the service and purchase the extras, you are told there is a 100% guarantee of an interview. After circulating your resume for 30 days with no interview they tell you that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do and you are out of your rewrite period. As we all know, it takes more than 30 days for companies to post and recruit for a job and ResumesPlanets knows this. They get you with telling you you have a guarantee with them but the only guarantee you have is that they will take your money and leave you high and dry with a resume not worth the paper it was written on.

Resume had typos and incorrect spacings. The writing was also uninteresting and not compelling. The first word used was "competent". The cover letter was standard and boring. I sent back and the next results were not great either.

Overall the resume looks wordy and not concise. The design was blocky and very dated looking, not modern for use in the tech world. The writer admitted he was having trouble formatting. I then had to take this work, correct typos and use an online template (Zety). I spent $200 bucks for this?

I've been contemplating a job shift for quite some time, but haven't had much success until I realized that maybe my CV was the source of my difficulties. The company I chose was Resumeplanet, and Dennis worked as my writer. My CV and cover letter are fantastic, and more significantly, they helped me secure the employment I'd been dreaming of for a long time.

I ordered a package of CV + cover letter to apply for a new job. I cannot say it was fast, but the quality is satisfying.

Absolutely horrid. Words strung together that made no sense whatsoever. Did NOT have any industry experience and Jr. Level "writer" at best. They turned items I had on my resume' into factually incorrect statements and used wording completely inappropriate for the industry. I sent an entire outline of all the mistakes and continued to request a refund.

They do not provide any ATS scanning results (btw my resume came up a "Low Match" against a position that I matched 100%).

Their "guarantees" mean nothing. After reviewing, they came back with a 50% refund offer when NOTHING they provided was of any value. Their own assessment was "The document is partially usable" and "Partially usable" to two of the 3 categories they evaluated. The reality is that none of the artifacts were usable at all. I would have been mortified to submit my resume and the same for their "cover letter", "follow up letter", or "thank you letter"; better off writing your own.

They will immediately try to upsell you and convince you that you should spend more with them - do not.

I simply cannot warn you strong enough - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Seek other sources and ones who actually deliver on their "guarantee" - these folks do not.

I submitted my order on 11Mar22, and immediately after, I was upsold their KSA service. I agree to the KSA service, and incompetence ensues. Support requests an extension and then cancels my order while I am sleeping (12Mar22). The following day (13Mar22), support promises to complete my order in three hours. I wake up the next day (14Mar22), and I discover they canceled my order again without notifying me!

I have already requested a refund, and at the time of this posting, both charges are pending... Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague.

I checked with multiple resume writing service websites all criteria that's important to receive a professional resume. I confirmed that the writers at Resumes Planet are all natively English speaking by contacting them via chat and asked that question multiple times.

The resume service I ordered was a 24h service. I anyway gave myself 4-5 days to allow revisions etc.

I provided my old resume, links to the jobs I like to apply for, link to my Linkedin page that's up-to-date.

The first draft I received was improper and even confusing language that made no sense and were in many sentences not even related to my job. This went back and forth until the ResumesPlanet.com was changing the writer. The next draft I got was now already 6-7 days after my initial order and the wording and language made very little sense. It was obvious that the writers tried way too hard and were unable to form a sentence that makes much sense.

The result was the service was unable to provide a resume until today and they refused to repay me even though there were many indications that the writers lack skills and the company is actually located abroad and in a not natively English speaking countries trying hard to hide that.
