I don't even know where to start in order to tell you how awful my resume is. Let's begin here: Two whole job descriptions are completely reversed. I seriously think the writer looked up job titles, used a thesaurus, and wrote my resume. I supplied this writer with my resume. My jobs are very basic and entry level. My best guess is that the writer found job descriptions on the internet and had their English thesaurus open and used words that would never be used be an American to describe being a hotel front desk agent. "Succor?" Seriously? Furthermore, there were soooo many assumptions made by the writer of this resume and flat out lies ON MY RESUME. It says I managed/supervised people. I never remotely implied that any where. I was so excited to get this. I paid to expedite it. Instead, I had to completely edit it and I'm still not finished. I want my money back. And let's talk about the LinkedIn profile I paid for. I thought this was a turnkey Linked In profile. Oh no. I had to go to my basically blank LinkedIn profile and copy and paste everything. I had to sit and figure out where to paste everything. I COULD HAVE WRITTEN IT MYSELF. The writer wanted my LinkedIn profile email. I didn't understand why because I had zero contacts… a blank file. Huge misunderstanding as to how that was supposed to work. I never would have paid for what I got for LinkedIn or anything else (resume and cover letter.) Yes. I'm livid. $250 for all of it. I want my money back.

I purchased the the military resume level and they do not know how to translate military into civilian. Their guarantee is a joke, you only have 30 days for the interview guarantee. No help from customer service. I would recommend avoiding resume planet.

Guarantees are set up so they can't be used. They make you wait 30 days to see if you get an interview then they tell you the guarantee was only for 30 days. They don't ever refund (customer service admitted she had never seen it). Out hundreds of dollars, ugh.

Do not purchase any services from this company if you value your time and money! The resume writer assigned had no knowledge of my specific industry, did not speak/write English well and the final resume was full of spelling and grammar mistakes and did not read well to a knowledgeable audience.
I had asked for a refund which was denied because their internal quality control specialists reviewed the resume and deemed it as being of superior quality.

I reached out to resumesplanet to help work off my existing resume. I opted for the package that included the linkedin, cover letter and resume work and was beyond disappointed after receiving my order. The work done was substandard and had grammatical errors, the content was generic and seemed like it had been drafted by a school going teenager. They literally included "Tech savvy" as one of my core competencies. (I'm a digital marketer!) Save your money and go someplace else instead, their company is registered in Cyprus and everything seems suspicious about the entity when you do a little extra research. I was stupid enough to trust them and hand over $200+ dollars but I guess I've learned my lesson.

I paid for the executive package. I received a 1st resume and it was just my own submitted resume that had the tilde Changed and after the first page it was just truncated. I asked for a different writer and after 3 weeks working with ResumesPlanet I received a poor quality resume. Full of grammar errors missing commas runon sentences and excessive use of the word "and." Like 3 ands in a sentence 6 times. I stopped counting after 54 issues. The 99.9% satisfaction guarantee is worthless. They ask for a list of violations but cant even see the problems looking at the resume. I think all the reviews I saw were fake. I now have a useless resume. I ended up rewriting my resume myself.
