Really poor service. The writer got my original resume and messed up dates and gave minimal effort. She then ghosted me for 3 weeks. I asked for the money back per their guarantee and they denied it. Sham service.
They offered me two different resumes to choose from when I only paid for one, so basically got a free add-on which is great. In general I found nothing bad worth mentioning. They took longer than I would have expected, but besides that theres no other negatives that come to mind.
I am not a business owner just an individual looking for a new job. I ordered my resume from this company in June of 2021 and have yet to receive a finished product. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, customer service told me they would assign me a new writer. I attempted to reach out to them again and was ignored. This was a complete waste of time and money.
I went into this with high expectations seeing how I originally found them from a WSJ article I came across.
They ended up being very helpful, and delivered a resume that I am extremely happy about so just wanted to leave a review after receiving an email from them. 5/5 for sure
Best service I've ever used... I've tried other companies before to write my resume, but this one is definitely the best yet.
I will say, understand that it takes time for the whole process to finish - around 1 week.
The resume and cover letter they wrote me was definitely a huge step up from what I had before. I know different writers have different writing abilities, so I can only really speak about the writer I was given - but she truly did a great job with the resume I sent her in the intake form. I was a little worried at first cause she responded outside the 24 hour window - but afterwards everything was smooth sailing and she provided a lot of other advice for me in regards to my job search.
Bought their executive package seeing how I've worked in managerial positions for the past the decade. Ultimately I think they did a very good job with all my documents, though the thank you letter was slightly a little too generic. I was given the chance to get as many revisions as I wanted and my writer was very cooperative in working with me and going over what can be done to better the job docs we've been working with.
Great company, fantastic job with my resume. The one little thing I didn't like about it was that I am only allowed revisions for 14 days... but I can't tell if my resume is any good until I applied using the resume, which can take longer than that 2 week period.
Was debating between 3 resume companies that I stumbled across online... I think I ended up making the right choice. The resume they wrote me looks well put together and I'm excited about the potential prospects it would bring.
Really good service! I was recommended to them by a friend who got her resume written by them as well. We had different writers assigned to us, and both seemed very solid and did a great job with our resumes.
