I should not need to call you or email to cancel. If a single click can sign you up then a single click should be able to cancel as well. It's just basic decency. You shouldn't be trying to rely on income from people who just forgot or couldn't figure out how to cancel.
Signed up for the free version was charged 34 a month unknowingly for
5 months. Who in their right mind needs to spend 34$ a month on resume stuff? Brutal. Also just let me cancel, Holy hell it's not that deep.

Happy with the results, but not happy that it was advertised as 'free' only to discover at the end of all the tweaking that there are in fact fees. Will be contacting customer service to cancel after my 14 days.

Easy to use and fine the resume I needed. Would give 5 stars except it would be nice to have an option for subscription to discontinue automatically after 1-time payment without having to remember to cancel

I was being charged 5 dollar less and promised that it would stay the same if I decide not to subscribe at any time and resume at a later day. I decided to resubscribe today as I needed it, but alas extra 5 dollars was added to the fee

This account has been running for so long. I've gotten 1200 taken out of this subscribtion for a year. I cancelled in Dec. Again please stop. I'm not $#*!ing about the money but I'm highly disappointed when I $#*!ing cancelled last month you take it again

The service was incredible but you did lie about it being free. URL says it is is free, Google description says it's free but I still HAVE to pay. Quality is incredible but this one thing makes me hesitate to return.

I thought it was a free template. The fact that it was a paid service was not obvious. It's not that expensive and hopefully I won't need it beyond one month, so it's fine to go forward. Otherwise, very helpful.

I really liked the resume templates and assistance in formatting and writing key parts. I did not like that I was not notified prior that I would have to pay to download my resume or that I could not remove emails from my references.

Says is free and then you $#*!ing spend 20 mins doing all the work on your resume and after it shows that you have to pay to download it. The problem isn't that is not free the problem is that it is a lie and you basically force to pay because after all the work creating your resume might as well just pay.

I didn't like how the whole address wasn't included. I had to put my home address numbers in before the city to make it work- but then the comma was in the wrong place and I couldn't do anything about it. Had to fix it in Word later. It was a pain!

I am not certain that I won't be billed the larger amount after 14 days. It's not that I won't be happy with the resume and want to cancel my subscription within 14 days as I only want to download one resume and be done with it. I would love it if there was an option to have access for a certain number of days and not worry about being direct debited the larger amount.

Copying and pasting content is cumbersome--repeated get an error that screen capture is disable (when copying and pasting--not screen capturing), then suddenly it will let you paste. Very frustrating. No Rich text is super aggravating also. No option to proceed with free version without entering credit card and agreeing to trial.
