Also, I got a weird email from you that was criticizing my resume about the format, content, and writing. The thing that's weird is that all of that stuff was automatically done for me by your program. Why would you make a resume for me, then email me to tell me it's bad and that I should pay a hundred dollars to get a better one made? There were zero examples given of the problems stated with the resume, so the whole thing feels like a pre-written review designed to make me spend more money.
