The thing that's weird is that all of that stuff was automatically done for me by your program. Why would you make a resume for me, then email me to tell me it's bad and that I should pay a hundred dollars to get a better one made? There were zero examples given of the problems stated with the resume, so the whole thing feels like a pre-written review designed to make me spend more money.
