I was revising my cover letter and lost the entire revision. I edited my personal information and it saved over my newly created cover letter. I lost 3 hours of work. There should be a way to get back the work that was done. I'm so disappointed.

You promote it as a free resume service to make people go through the process of creating their resume and then pop a charge at the end of spending so much time writing it. It feels very bait and switch and I don't appreciate the tactic.
