The need to pay was a surprise. In the past I was able to download for free, so expected the same today because I did not see a notification (not sure if I just missed it because it is not obvious or if it was there at all). It's only 3 dollars for the trial, but still... Also a little sketchy to charge 25 a month after the trial when you typically charge 7-8 a month otherwise. I will be setting a reminder on my phone in order to avoid this. Otherwise, it's a solid platform. Because we have to pay, it would be nice to alter subtle things like color.
