When I went on the site it said free resume but then I had to pay $2.95 to get it. That is why I gave a 4 on the survey

Your google result showed "Free resume builder" and then you charged money to download it. Deceptive marketing.
Also there was an annoying bug that made it impossible to type inside the bullet-point field for each job that I added. The cursor moved to position 0 after each keystroke so my text was effectively entered backwards. I had to type my text in another program and then copy+paste it over.

I find resume writing very daunting. This made it so easy. I procrastinate and am usually only able to complete one or two applications a day. With this I was able to make a resume and send it off in 30 minutes.
