I think it is very deceiving to build a resume and then charge at the end. I am paying for it only because I put so much time and effort into the resume. If its supposedly free, then it should be free. Again deceiving. As soon as I get my resume I am canceling this subscription. I think I should get my money back

Your product was Excellent! However I did not know until the end of the process that I would be charged. The ease of this tool is well worth the low price, but the blindside was frustrating. Both ease of use, and professional quality are quite impressive.
