The resume website itself is great, however when you go to finalize it, it takes to a payment screen. Then when I called customer support, I was on the call for 20 minutes and the guy disconnected me. I will not be using this "free" website again.

I like the services basically however, I do not like the way the advertising initially states that this is a "free download" and then in the end, you are to choose a 14 day trial for a small fee or a monthly service but alas, the 14 day trial turns into a monthly service if you fail to cancel within the 14 days.

Bait and Switch. Offers free resume, then charges for retrieving resume, and auto subscription that we have to cancel. Had the charge information been upfront and notified of beforehand, different matter.
