Advertised as a free service and when the resume is completed it makes you pay for it. The advertisement is misleading and therefore deserves a single star rating. Other than that, your software is FANTASTIC!

I typed in free resume templates and was under the impression it was a free template and spent nearly 2 hours updating my resume only to find out you charge. Not even a one time fee, to cancel you have to manually do it through phone or email or online, which is highly inconvenient. The only reason i paid the fee this time is so i didn't have to waste another 2 hours... i will be cancelling immediately.

Easy to build, but not free, thats a lie, its not much, but still a lie out the front gate, but a very easy process

The resume website itself is great, however when you go to finalize it, it takes to a payment screen. Then when I called customer support, I was on the call for 20 minutes and the guy disconnected me. I will not be using this "free" website again.
