While I did enjoy the features of the site and found it easy to use, I do not appreciate it being promoted as a free resume builder, only to find after putting in time and effort to create a resume, I can only download it by becoming a paid subscriber. If the fee was listed upfront I likely would still have purchased, but it does feel misleading. If I were not in a hurry to get this resume out, I would have canceled and started over with another site simply because I find this practice unscrupulous.
