You are asking me what I think and I have not seen the finished resume yet. I am not sure what my opinion is until after i see what you have done for me.
I did not noticed that there will be an automatic renewal after 14 days after the first subscription. Apparently my account was renewed automatically and my bank account was deducted. So I decided to get some help from the customer service. They did an excellent job on handling my case and getting back my refund. Within few hours my problem has been solved thanks to them, especially stephane. The customer service is very direct, smooth and hassle free. Thank you once again!

The layouts of the templates are perfect with a variety of styles to choose from. The auto-filling sentence part is a great tool that helps to design and build a really nice CV. If i had to rate the subscription policy i would have easily give 1 star. Without being clear from the emails you will receive, they charge you automatically once the 14 days of the -not so - free trial expires. The Support Team on this matter was really helpful with excellent guidance.

I decided to dive in before purchasing and see what I could create. It took me about an hour to throw a decent resume together. My only complain was that the interface attempted to throw some canned language in that I could not delete and occasionally ally it would copy and duplicate an experience entry, and one of the existing entries would get over written. Frustrating but I worked around it.
Also the ability ti adjust the margins and add hard returns would be beneficial since the line breaks sometime cut words in half.

I really appreciated your resume templates to help me build an impressive resume to seek jobs. However, even though you have informed the subscription policy on the fist one confirmation email, "after 14 days your membership will renew at a cost of USD 29.95…" still seemed a trap. If you could remind the membership will renew in 3 days, it will make your customers feel more comfortable and be motivated to upgrade.

Great CV and Cover Letter writing tool. Was very easy and fast to use. I do not agree with other few comments that quality of PDF is poor. Its as good as any other document you made elsewhere.
I used only to make 1 CV and 1 Cover Letter so paid 2,45 euro. The next day i cancelled my subscription as I did not need any more services for the moment. Nothing else to pay. (hopefully wont be charged after 14 days :) really happy and will use again for my next CV and Cover Letters. Recommend to everyone. Thanks!

I trusted this company to create my CV because of their eye-catching templates and super helpful tips. But, I didn't read how their service works. At the end of the month, I got a bank charge from them. After contacting them, they explained to me their conditions. You can sign up for a 14-days free trial but you have to cancel your subscription before it ends. Apart from that, what I would like to highlight that I've made my cv in minutes... super fast

Maybe I missed the fine print, but I gave more than a cursory look for the costs. It said FREE everywhere. I made my resume, which has never looked better by the way, and then got hit with a small fee, but also a sign up for a more significant subscription fee if I don't cancel. Don't love the surprise at the end when you've done the work already. Let's just be clear up front. I would gladly pay $2.95 for a resume of that caliber.
