Reason for 2 stars is its not as advertised (free) like it literally says on the website link. But I should've known. I fought valiantly, made it through all the steps, conquering each form like it was a dagum video game. Then the last foe. I click download, and enter the boss battle. A dark foe rises in front of me. $2.45, shrouded in darkness. I have no choice but to attack. Ive made it this far. I cant turn back. Though every fiber in my being is screaming at me, "NO! DONT DO IT DONT GIVE IN!" I have no choice. I pull the trigger. And thats it. I drop my hands from my battered keyboard, and hang my head. Its finally over. I won... But at what cost... ($2.45)

Since five days, I text the customer service and I sent them an email as well because I couldn't receive my CV in my email, and nobody help me or even replied to my message over to my email
