Don't advertise that your a free resume builder, when you end up charging customers $3 to download the resume. Be Honest and Fair when it comes to sales and ads for your company, not only for the customer's sake but to prove that your company stays true to their word and not lie to their customers like they just did.

I didnt expect payment at the end. I invested 3hours on my resume and when i try to download the document, i could not able to proceed further without payment. If payment is mandatory, it would be great to mention at the first step itself. Its really disappointing & the price is insane. Its not even mentioned subscription time.
