I signed up for this and had meant to cancel right away but unfortunately forgot and was charged $24.95 per month for two months and it would have continued that way had I not called to cancel for a total of $300 per year almost for this service. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before trying the chat option and getting someone there faster. I spoke with Patric who was friendly but not very transparent. I told him right away I wanted to cancel and that when I was on the site if I clicked cancel it gave me an offfer if $4per month or $24.95 per year! That is $20 less per month or the same annual price of a year as I was paying for a month if I decided not to cancel. I asked Patric to match my monthly fee to that offer before cancelling so that I would only be billed the same amount as the offset hey were giving to those that were cancelling. He advised me that I should accept the offer and then he could refund me so that my account didnt cancel. I asked if I needed to keep the account in order to get the refund d and he advised I did not so since I am not using it I cancelled. He came back with a prorata refund of $16 which is generated by the system. I asked him to clarify what was being prorated since in had paid $50 for two months and that is not pro rated at all. He then told me that he had explained this to me if I cancelled WHAT?!?! Anyways he just kept asking over and over if he could help me with anything else instead of explaining how then pro rate works there and telling me that the system does it... so thanks for the $16 credit but Im super confused and wont be back...
If you can charge me the same thing monthly you give someone per year if they want to cancel I think you are a fraud.

Can you explain to me why you can't be upfront and clear about the fact that you will charge consumers after their 14 day $1.95 trial membership if they do not cancel. I know the REAL answer is that this is a money making technique used to trick those who don't read every little fine detail into paying for services they never intend to use, otherwise they would have somehow contacted customer service to become a member outside of the 14 day trial. A GOOD company would/should give the $1.95 14 day trial and let that be that. The sneaky ways of your business is what gets you a 1 star rating. Today I noticed two charges from you, one of them was a debit amount of $19.95 and the other was a credit amount of $. 40. I did online chat with Laura who stated I cancelled the trial period in January 2017 and was then charged again on March 22,2017 yet offered no explanation as to why this happened. She instead tried selling me another 1 month subscription at a discounted price, at which time I told her "No, I have been employed for quite some time now and their services are no longer needed." She then stated word for word "I don't want to bother you, but my supervisor was checking this chat for quality purposes, he said that in order to keep you as a satisfied customer and because all of this situation he is willing to lower the price even more, for only $4.95 every 4 weeks. If you really consider it is only just a dollar a week for such a great service." At that point I was pissed and responded "Do you not understand that I DO NOT want this service? I want my money back that was wrongly charged to my account." After being told to please hold a few more minutes while the system was working on my account, I was told that "as a courtesy they have refunded the full amount of $19.95 and to allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect on my bank account." AS A FLIPPIN COURTESY!? Wow. Absolutely disgusted with this company - not to mention the horrible broken English of every customer service rep I've dealt with so far. I used to boast about this company & recommend my friends to them, that will NOT be happening anymore. Get it together! Be an HONEST company, THAT is what we, as consumers like and that's what brings us back and spread the word to others.

Warning to all potential users of Resume-now.com
Be careful what you do when looking to build a resume and choose your provider wisely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.
On October 27,2022, I bought a service that they offer for $2.85 that consists of letting me print my resume. I did it without major setbacks. For the price I paid I received my product. Satisfied so far.
But after that comes the storm. They charged me a monthly subscription that I never authorized month to month for US$23.85
All of this adds abusive charges to my account without my consent for US$190.80. All these charges are detailed in my account statement and correspond to dates that I will place in this review later.
Very courteously and as it should be, I wrote them an email, they will request to review my charges, since never, apart from the product that had a cost of $2.85, never ask them for anything else, I showed them my statement of accounts and the unauthorized charges, I asked them to They will check that I never LOGIN or that I never used any other function of their website and they only limited themselves to offering me a courtesy of $11.93 knowing that they charged $190.80. It is not fair after my allegations that they abuse and receive my money that they did not earn. I will proceed to go to my bank to take the evidence to report all those unauthorized expenses.
I have never had a similar problem with reputable companies and when I have they have used due diligence to solve the problems.
I do not recommend using this service provider and if you do or have done so, check that they do not continue to charge you without your authorization.
