The following serves as a guide which may clarify any doubts you may have regarding your account: Keep in mind that Resume-Now is a resume builder that gives the user a chance to try our service prior to commit to a full access subscription. Once you finish editing your resume, the service allows you to download the free text version of the resume or save it in your account for further review. The options for emailing, downloading and printing the resume in Word format are part of the full access subscription. To further our user experience, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription.
Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.

I remember paying only 1 dollar or two just to get the use of the resume maker.
I then checked my bank statements in depth, and noticed that I had accidentally subscribed to some sort of monthly bill. I then Called, and got my refund and it was absolutely no hassle. Make sure that Annele gets some sort of recognition for being so nice and kind.

They are still charging my account, billed under different companies. They've charged me $38 one week, and $28.73 this weekend. I cancelled the service the same day I got the resume done, AND STILL HAVE THE CANCELLATION E-MAIL.

Very helpful and easy to use as far as creating a resume. But as usual, free is never free. For a very minimal fee you will get access to your resume. Then be aware after 2 weeks of access you will be charged $20 a month for continued access to the site until you call and cancel. Just be aware once you are in you are in until you opt out.
