I called Tuesday to cancel my subscription due to having a friend help me make my resume personally. The lady who took my call Tuesday was extremely disrespectful because I opted out of keeping the subscription. She then said that it was canceled, however, I never received a confirmation of cancellation. Danny was exceptionally helpful with this frustrating situation and provided a lot of helpful information which may change my mind in the future to use this subscription. As for now, he canceled it as I asked and refunded the money back to my account. Thank you, Danny!

Got on the side and finish my resume in about 30 minutes. What I really love this whatever occupation or field you are in they automatically have really well thought-out suggestions for your resume but you just click on it and it inserts it easily into your resume. Just make sure you call and have your account cancelled before they charge you another 19.95.
The initial cost was only a dollar 95 that was awesome.
