Cancel your account by phone and make sure to cancel ASAP and receive a confirmation. Otherwise you will be charged monthly don't let anything fool you stop the account asap.

I have used this service on and off for years. It hands everything to you and the cost is just absolutely nothing for what you receive. Every time I call for ANYTHING these people are so we'll trained, kind and helpful that I never hesitate to call for anything. This program basically hands you a 'gift' and speeds everything up for you with incredible professionalism. I will use and refer this service proudly for the rest of my days. Amen, lol.

This website lets you spend hours building your resume' then makes you pay to do anything with it without letting you know this in advance. It will not let you print it, copy it, or even capture it without making you pay for using it but doesn't tell you this upfront. I did a yahoo search for free resume' builder and this site was the first to show up on that search. What a SCAM. Resume' seekers BEWARE.

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. To further our user experience, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee.
When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription.
Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.

I had a good experience with the customer service representative. He was knowledgeable Snd made it very comfortable for me to cancel my membership. He offer other services but at this time I was in able to continue at this time. Overall my experience was great and I would use you guys in the future
It's been a long time since I had to write a resume, that why I'm glad it was my wife's. I was in too much of a hurry to notice that when I paid $2.00 to download the pdf and. Doc files that I was signing up for a trial period. I was billed $19.95 later two weeks later. At first that bothered me because I didn't expect it. However after a few minutes and looking at the work that I had just done, I realized that this was a great value. I am fluent at word and I could spend 10 hours making an amazing resume but for $20.00 I still made an fantastic resume and only spent 2 hours doing it. After the trial period it is only $9 a month and I am very happy to pay for this as long as wee need it. Thank You.

I had problems getting resume to print. Costumer service stayed on the phone until problem was resolved. Then once I got the job I was seeking. I called to cancel and they even refunded my last months membership. I appreciate all the help!
