I think you need to make it more clear that when people give their card number that it's a trial offer followed up by monthly payments. I was under the impression I payed $1 for a cover letter then get billed $20 a month later. Even your emails were misleading. I thought they were letting me know my trial offer was up and that was it, not once did it say I was about to be billed. Also converting my cover letter to word was annoying as well. The first one I did got deleted because once I got save as I didn't know I needed to convert it to word first so when I pulled it back up it was gone. Could be a lot better.

To start. This was not what I was looking for. I did buy it for the 14 days when I realized it wasn't what I wanted. I sent a email to the company the same day, I received a confirmation that a ticket had been made. The very next day I received a email and a reimbursement. If I ever need this product. I will be using this company! They where very helpful! The whole matter was handled in just over 24 hours. That is what I call customer service! Again Thank you!

It was $2.00 to sign up for the service, but after a couple weeks they charge $20.00 to renew the service without telling you first. Nowhere did the website say anything about this. The resume was good, but this is a terrible business practice.
