The website did provide valuable help. I didn't like the idea that they charged. Supposibly, it was free. I paid the 1.95, then immediately cancelled. Only because I needed to print my resume. Hopefully, I don't keep getting charged monthly. Besides this, great customer service on the phone.

I got charged when i have no recollection of signing up for it when i call to question about they did refund me but only for the past 3 charges not all 6 of $39.80 which was a lot of money to be disappearing for no reason and im upset i was only able to be refunded for the 3 most recent charges.
