I did get charged additional months after I cancelled so I called their Customer Service and I'm hoping it will be resolved in the 3 to 5 business days the mentioned. I totally recommend this company! I did my resume, which I hadn't done in 10 years, and it was so easy and I was able to do it in much less time than if I had done it without them. Don't give them your credit card number they will overcharge you. For this. You can just go to your near edd office and get a resume for free dnt do it!

I got charged the subscription fee although I was unaware I had accidentally signed up for it and got to calling them. The most amazing customer service rep (Natasha) answered and from beginning to end she was super super helpful! I had never experienced this level of customer service, I am truly touched! When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.
