Live Career made it sooooo easy to write up a resume! It looks great! I did get charged additional months after I cancelled so I called their Customer Service and I'm hoping it will be resolved in the 3 to 5 business days the mentioned. Just make sure you check your bank account to ensure your cancellation really did happen. Overall, they provide very good, professional service.

The customer service rep that helped me out was a guy i completely forgot to catch his name but he was extremely helpful and showed super professionalism. I will highly recommend resume now. I totally recommend this company! I did my resume, which I hadn't done in 10 years, and it was so easy and I was able to do it in much less time than if I had done it without them. And it looks wonderful! I did end up getting charged with a subscription fee, I believe I missed the info on that because of my hurry to get my resume updated. And when I called to cancel it and get a refund for the subscription, Pablo from customer service was awesome and informative and processed my cancellation right away! Simply based on how they handled the cancellation I will be using them again in the future, and I recommend anyone reading this to feel comfortable in dealing with myperfectresume.com.

Don't give them your credit card number they will overcharge you. For this. You can just go to your near edd office and get a resume for free dnt do it!

Great customer service

It took less than 4 minutes for the customer service rep to cancel my account. I only canceled due to not needing it since I was hired using resume now. I would recommend this service to anyone who doesn't know how to make a resume. The service was great. The rep even thanked me on my new job and was very polite.

I got charged the subscription fee although I was unaware I had accidentally signed up for it and got to calling them. The most amazing customer service rep (Natasha) answered and from beginning to end she was super super helpful! I had never experienced this level of customer service, I am truly touched! If I wasn't in such a bad economic situation I would have kept the subscription because I feel it truly would have helped me. Thank you soooo much for your help! God bless you! :)

My Perfect Resume provides a very user-friendly approach, clean, professional looking templates that you can download/save to your computer in one click, helpful tips on how to improve your resume (what you did well on, what things may be missing), and smart suggestions to help you achieve both powerful and effective wording and eye-catching summaries throughout your entire resume.

Within 24 hrs of sending my resume (which I fully created using My Perfect Resume), I got an interview invitation for my dream job. Not kidding, this is100% true.

I was also thoroughly impresssed with My Perfect Resume Customer Support Care team. Within five minutes of contacting Customer Support via email regarding a subscription question, they had wrote me back. The service I received was honestly outstanding-- throughout our entire interaction, they were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Don't do it! Scammers!

Don't give them your credit card number! Check you statement - they will be charging a monthly fee. Scammers! Or it is possible that they sell your credit card number to others.

We are very sorry that you received the wrong impression of our free account. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.

Great Customer Service!

I only had an issue with a charge after I cancelled my prescription. I called and the customer service representative helped me get the refund, the account they had canceled was an old account. I don't understand how many people complaint about printing or building their resumes, I had no issues at all. Super easy to create, many options and tips given. ;)

I still on the trial time and for now service is good. Easy to work if you are computer literate. People at the phone is very helpful... I had problems with the payment at checkout was a nightmare... My bank flagged my card...
