I tried a resume template thinking I had to pay only $1.95 with my credit card.
They drew $29.95 from my card every month after that without me noticing until 4 payments later. They did return 3 payments when I complained but that still means the template I used once on a trial cost $31.90 NOT $1.95. Buyers beware.

Both customer service reps that I dealt with were very helpful. The reason that I had to use two reps was because when the first guy helped me out by sending the resume to my email, I found a few mistakes that I had made, corrected them and had to get another rep to resend my resume. I'm not quite sure why I couldn't send the resume to my own email but let's just say that I am very computer illiterate.

Though I only spent a brief time on this site, for the purpose for which I was using it for, it was very helpful. I had no real problems that would cause me to freak out! To start i love this platform. I joined it long ago, and never really used it. Now that i've "re-discovered" it, it's all i'm using. I had an issue with formatting a section. Using the live chat i connected to Katherine and she quickly gave me a tip regarding the design style i was using, and corrected the paragraph line spacing on her side. My daughter (who is at college) signed up for this service last year under the premise that the first month (or two) was free. She used them for one resume then once she realized she only needed the one document she cancelled. Or so she thought. She ended up getting billed for additional months and we did not notice the charge on our credit card bill until 5 months in. I ended up speaking to a rep who was very helpful (that's why I am giving 3 stars and not one) and she refunded all but one of the months - ok, since part of it was our mistake... HOWEVER, my daughter never received any notification of billing or any follow up emails for those 5 months, so we felt communication was lacking and the monthly billing was sneaky.

This website says that you have to pay a small price for a resume, either printed or sent to your email, but what they don't tell you us there is an outrageous 20$ a month subscription charge for using the site. They dont even send you notifications to your emdail, to hide the fact that they are billing you. PLEASE Do not be scammed like so many people are. Wish I would have seen this site first, except it seems most of these reviews stew fake because it's not a very good site at all.
