I used Resumenow to make my resume, it was very helpful and satisfactory. When I called the cancel my account, customer service was very helpful, they refunded me upon request and cancelled my account. Overall very good service.

First, you can download in word yet it's jumbled. Told by customer service word will not work as download. Second, representatives should speak clear English. Third, free resume templates is misleading, after all my hard work I had no choice but to pay. I have marked my calendar to cancel.

My new resume

I found the site to be very easy to follow and I printed out a resume that I actually got a compliment on from a potential employer. They found it to be easy to read and understand all of my skill sets. After I got my new job, I went a head and cancelled the account. Juan Morales was very helpful and took care of me.

Crap so far

First there is the whole "free" but not really thing. I should have read the reviews first. After investing a morning building my resume, then paying, the screen for my resume is frozen and customer service can't do anything. Technical Support will take 2 - 3 business days. Glad there are never any deadlines when applying for work. When I asked if TS would email me I was told that they "should" do. I've taken screen shots of the whole convo. I know 14 days doesn't cost much but I'm only going to get 10 days out of the deal. Not happy so far

It was advertised as a free resume, and i guess it is,. But its not free to down load or sent it to your e-mail. But they did good by me and the operator was the best.it is a good site. Good luck to all in your search

Wonderful Help!

Edwin did an amazing job at helping me find a resume I thought I had lost. He worked patiently with me to find the correct account and I could not be any happier. The website is very user friendly, easy to understand. Great choices and helpful advice. I even had to call customer support and The Customer Service I got was great! The young man was very kind and understanding and not pushy at all.

I felt irritated when I completed my resume then had to pay to access it. I attempted to cancel the subscription within the first month and was talked into keeping it at a reduced rate. Did not use it enough to justify keeping it after 4 months.
