I feel that this company was not upfront with me clear about the fact that will charge consumers after their 14 day $1.95 trial membership if they do not cancel. They charge me for 8 mounts with $19.95 last mount i just notice way? Because my account on my bank was low 1 $ they charge me with the usual charge of 19.95 $, because i was have just 1 $ on my account bank tax me with 35 i end up having -56.70 $ on my account, Bam. I make a complain and they refund me with 2 mounts back. That's not even enough form me to pay my tax back. That's not fair. You are not integreus business. And bye the way, im a student i don't have a job, now how is going to pay my dept?. You will say hey you are responsible for you and what you buy, yes but you war not fair just not fair... you lost me as a client, and wen i was buying your that cv maker, i was telling to other students to buy because is cheap and you can't do with a little amount a resume, this was not nice for me. But than you, now i will check more about service online. I post this just for others to be aware. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. To further our user experience, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee.
When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto emails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/Spam folder. Can you explain to me why you can't be upfront and clear about the fact that you will charge consumers after their 14 day $1.95 trial membership if they do not cancel. I know the REAL answer is that this is a money making technique used to trick those who don't read every little fine detail into paying for services they never intend to use, otherwise they would have somehow contacted customer service to become a member outside of the 14 day trial. A GOOD company would/should give the $1.95 14 day trial and let that be that. The sneaky ways of your business is what gets you a 1 star rating. Today I noticed two charges from you, one of them was a debit amount of $19.95 and the other was a credit amount of $. 40. I did online chat with Laura who stated I cancelled the trial period in January 2017 and was then charged again on March 22,2017 yet offered no explanation as to why this happened. She instead tried selling me another 1 month subscription at a discounted price, at which time I told her "No, I have been employed for quite some time now and their services are no longer needed." She then stated word for word "I don't want to bother you, but my supervisor was checking this chat for quality purposes, he said that in order to keep you as a satisfied customer and because all of this situation he is willing to lower the price even more, for only $4.95 every 4 weeks. If you really consider it is only just a dollar a week for such a great service." At that point I was pissed and responded "Do you not understand that I DO NOT want this service? I want my money back that was wrongly charged to my account." After being told to please hold a few more minutes while the system was working on my account, I was told that "as a courtesy they have refunded the full amount of $19.95 and to allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect on my bank account." AS A FLIPPIN COURTESY!? Wow. Absolutely disgusted with this company - not to mention the horrible broken English of every customer service rep I've dealt with so far. I used to boast about this company & recommend my friends to them, that will NOT be happening anymore. Get it together! Be an HONEST company, THAT is what we, as consumers like and that's what brings us back and spread the word to others.

Very happy with how quickly I was able to translate my resume into a much stronger document. Only glitch was when I downloaded to MS Word (don't have the latest version), I had to do some manual cutting and pasting to fix bullet points that didn't make the conversion. I received quick and patient help from Resume Now's customer service, though, and got to the other side quickly. Would recommend.

I used this app one time and I started to get charged 19.95 every month after that. I had never used the app after the one time, but continue to take money out of my bank account after that. I was furious, they failed to mention and I never agreed to keep this account open. After I called and complained about the money situation they finally refund me the months they charged me and cancelled the account. Well the next month I was charge 24.95! After everything they still took money out of my account! I had my bank statement right in front of me and they refused to refund my 24.95 back!
