Unfortunately I had a financial hardship and couldn't continue to pay the monthly fee, and I meant to cancel before the next billing but somehow it slipped through the cracks. I was canceling other services because I was going to be short on rent. As soon as I realized I was charged again, I contacted customer service and was put into contact with Laura Hernandez, who I explained my personal situation to, and she assisted me with my problem! She was so so polite and really made me feel that she understood my situation. I went from completely stressed about everything to relieved that she was able to help me get exactly what I needed!
This is a wonderful site with so much to offer that person looking to enhance their career path. I spoke with one of the representatives and it was one of the best experiences ever, she was helpful and insightful and also a gave me a wealth of information on how to effectively use all of the resources the site has to offer for each of its members.
This is a must have.

I needed one resume for a scholarship and I needed it to be done very quickly. This was very easy to use and I am glad I found it. Not only that, but once I was done I was charged for the auto-renew and was angry about that but customer service was some of the friendliest and most patient help I have ever received, also very fast. This is honestly one of if not the best resume building site it helped me a lot. The resume format are already there all you have to do is fill up the information and it even sets it up even better for you and theres a couple of different types of format to choose from if you don't like the one they recommend. Super simple super efficient and it even got my into a job on the first try i would highly recomend it
