I called upon realizing I'd neglected to cancel my account and was charged for two months. The phone was answered quickly and after a relatively short conversation, the agent on the line was able to cancel my account and refund my credit card. I will be back to Live Career when my next need for a revised resume or cover letter comes about. I was satisfied with their service and with their resolution.

Using this site not only allowed me to make my first resume, it also taught me how to make resumes 'from scratch'. Now I don't actually need the service if I ever need a new resume, but I can use it if I want. Also the live chat was very helpful and quick responding. But the best bit was definitely the helpful tips over each section. The site was like having a teacher help format and review my work, so I didn't sound like an idiot. Thanks!

So I forgot to cancel my monthly subscription (student budget) and I had to ask for a refund. I used the live chat feature with Karen (no wait no stalling) and it went so smooth and so so soooo professional I even got a full refund! About the resume builder, they have many templates and makes it easy to use and edit. I have really tried many resume builder but I did mine on Resume-now. Absolutely worth a shot and you will get to actually enjoy working on it!

Many resume and cover letter templates and they help you along the way but they don't tell you that you have to pay. When I reached the end they finally revealed that it was $2 just to download the resume. Then when I went to cancel my subscription I was ignored through the email costumer service so I had to call them. When I called them I was on the phone for 10 minutes and offered several different products when all I wanted to do was cancel.

I spoke with a representative via Chat feature and received very prompt, professional and friendly communication. He reminded me to look at all of their features, and since cost was an issue he was able to offer me a very competitive deal, that I couldn't turn down. Since I can I still use the services until I land my next job. Excellent support and highly recommend working with them and using their services!

The search results showed My Perfect Resume providing "free templates." When I accessed the website, maybe I just missed it, but I didn't see any information saying otherwise. I spent a good amount of time composing my resume. It was only when I finished and wanted to print it that I was taken to the screen where payment was required. I had spent so much time on it that I decided to pay the $1.95, which was fine. But by paying the $1.95, you are then enrolled in the monthly program and have to cancel if you don't want to be charged the $24.99 monthly fee. I emailed the customer service address to cancel my "subscription", but it was not acknowledged. When I called to cancel, I was offered several other deals before I was able to cancel. The representative did cancel my account when I was firm that I desired to cancel, and he was polite in the matter... Regarding the template itself, the one I chose seemed a little difficult to use. I could rearrange the paragraphs, but couldn't find a way to manage the space between the paragraphs. When I downloaded the document to my computer, there were still parts of the document that I couldn't change, even as a word document. It could have been my lack of expertise, but for me, it was frustrating... That being said, they do provide a large selection of attractive templates.
