I wish there was less than 1 star review. I have got nothing against the lady who spoke to me over the phone, but the company is a total scam, got charged 3 times $34.85 until started doing my bills more detailed and noticed the charges that were actually supposed to be $4 a month. They only offered $17 reimbursement for a membership that was never used and fraudulently included into the terms and conditions when I was in a hurry to download 1 file. I hope more people will go here and actually read the reviews before giving them your card info. Good luck to everyone looking for a job.

First, you can download in word yet it's jumbled. Told by customer service word will not work as download. Second, representatives should speak clear English. Third, free resume templates is misleading, after all my hard work I had no choice but to pay. I have marked my calendar to cancel.

My daughter (who is at college) signed up for this service last year under the premise that the first month (or two) was free. She used them for one resume then once she realized she only needed the one document she cancelled. Or so she thought. She ended up getting billed for additional months and we did not notice the charge on our credit card bill until 5 months in. I ended up speaking to a rep who was very helpful (that's why I am giving 3 stars and not one) and she refunded all but one of the months - ok, since part of it was our mistake... HOWEVER, my daughter never received any notification of billing or any follow up emails for those 5 months, so we felt communication was lacking and the monthly billing was sneaky.
