I had a delivery issue with my third order from Reserve Bar that was not the fault of the company. I messaged them and got a response very quickly. They refunded my order immediately and were very gracious about the issue. Not only does this company have a nice variety of products, but they can also be relied upon to give great customer service - something that seems to be lacking these days. Their professionalism has made me a loyal customer.

I placed an order 12/24/23 have contacted them 2 times with complaints over lack of communication on my shipment. I received a email yesterday saying I should have on Monday. I will never use them again. Normally I've ordered from quality liquor and I've never had issues with them. Website says order ships in 2 days that is bull!

I made my purchase back in November 2020, when I pre-ordered the Brother's Bond special release bourbon as a present for my girlfriend, a huge Vampire Diaries fan. I also ordered a Rhubarb flavored gin, because why not try something new. At the time, the BB release was supposed to happen in February 2021.
Come february, no shipments happen, and no word from the company. Come April, I get an email saying that they're having trouble fulfilling the order. It's a special release with high demand, I get that. Come April 30, I finally get an email that says my order is shipping. It's been 6 months since I ordered it, but cool! Maybe I'll get my order in a couple days.
Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I call the company to ask if the order will ship, and they have no information on when it will arrive. I'm supposed to move a few days later, and the customer service rep says that he will try to change the shipping address to my new address.
It's now almost 3 weeks since the order was supposed to ship, and I just got a notification that the bourbon is shipping to my old address. I'm not getting the gin, because I got a separate notification that they sold out in the 6 months it took them to fill my order. So now after spending an hour on the phone with FedEx trying to find a FedEx center to hold my order at, I have to drive 45 minutes away to go pick up my order because I can't get the shipping address changed to my new address.
So thanks for nothing Reserve bar, I have to drive an hour and a half round trip tomorrow to pick up an over-priced bottle of bourbon that I had to wait a full 6 months for. I'll stick to Bevmo from now on.

Don't order overpriced liquor from Reservebar. If you're looking for an alcohol-type gift, use Bevmo or Wine.com, or find a family owned-business to support.

We are sorry for the long delay. The distributor of the Brother's Bond product caused the delays in release several times from their initial time frame. This has caused a lot of frustration and ReserveBar experienced that frustration only less than the customers like you who ordered it. We are sorry and are working on limited pre-sales until we have further guarantees on their availability.
It took two months to receive an item I purchased intended for gift. When I finally received my purchase, it was disappointing to receive a damaged product. I reached out to customer service and exchanged emails with their incompetent staff for over a week to come up with a mediocre solution. Stay away from ReserveBar, shop local, shop with people who care about their service!

As for the delivery - from the time I placed the order, I was told it had to be signed for. Much to my surprise, the crinkled box was sitting by my door when I got home.

They shipped me the wrong bottle. It also was broken and leaking so I threw it away. They shipped me my replacement bottle and it was the wrong bottle again. Now I have to ship this wrong bottle back to them and cross my fingers and hope that they can get it right the third time? I'm not holding my breath. Will not be ordering from them again.
Avoid - they'll take your money and "lose" your order. Customer support will do nothing.

I ordered a special whiskey as a gift on 12/7/22. As of 12/30/22, the order has not been shipped. I have called reserve bar and no one answers the phone. They tell you to email or text. I have sent 3 emails, 2 texts and still get no response. The website for track order does not provide any info either. However, they were quick to take my money. This is either the worst customer service ever or it is only a scam and they have no intention of delivering any goods.

I ordered a bottle of Hirsch for a friend's birthday. They took my money and sent an email saying my order was received. That was 11/14/21. I have not received any shipping info and I have emailed them twice(no response). It has now been a month.

I never write reviews but I ordered an engraved bottled for Christmas in November, and they canceled it 12/16. No email or them letting me know it was on back order or that my order may not be able to be completed, that way I could of got something else. Spent 250 and waited weeks just for nothing to come!
3 weeks later and still don't have my alcohol. Most of these bottles are sold at your local liquor store for CHEAPER! I thought I was ordering special flavors that wouldn't be available at your average store - wrong. Cost way more, communication with customer service has been awful and still haven't received my order. I definitely would NEVER order from here again.

Based on this company's overall positive ratings, it appears that I am one of the unlucky one in ten who have had a negative experience. I ordered a bottle of Uncle Nearest and the website states it normally ships within 2 business days. It's been close to three weeks and the order hasn't even been processed. Responses from customer service are canned with a vague promise to follow up—and there is no follow up. At this point, I am hoping that I don't get ripped off.
Ordered some items a week before Christmas when they claimed orders would be received by Christmas guaranteed. It is now January 24th and still no delivery, refund, or response to emails or online inquiry. Go somewhere else
An $1800 order has gone missing for almost three weeks, despite emails and phone calls that it is "finally moving." It's still "having problem,." Reserve bar blames the vendor. Vendor blames the shipping department. No one takes accountability. In fact, Reserve Bar's entire customer service system (online forms, or "chats") seems designed to make you sit around until you get bored or frustrated enough to just leave. The only thing they seem really good at is charging your card as fast as possible.
Made an order on November 1st and it indicated 2 to 3 business days for order to be shipped. It took over a week for order to be sent for shipping and we still have not received. Not happy with customer service. There is no live person to speak to. This was a gift and they should be honest on their delivery times. It has been 3 weeks and still no product. I just want a refund.

I received a gift certificate for $100 and I ordered more than $100 worth of items. It's been over a month and my purchases were not received. One of the items was out of stock and instead of reimbursing my credit card as asked, I was given a gift card. Only 1 out of the 4 items were received. For reference, my order number is ORDER #*******. I want a refund on my order, not a gift card to use for items that are never received.
The website will tell you that they do same day deliveries (in certain areas) or ship out in 1-2 days. It is a lie. They use an independent set of beverage suppliers to fulfill their orders and ReserveBar has NO idea when anything you order will be delivered
Self-aggrandizing excuses and no real accountability for what happened to me--and only a begrudging apology after multiple inquiries by me.
I was a fool and believed their promises.
I place and order for Father's Day gift two weeks prior. A day before Father's Day I receive an email stating I was not going to receive my order on time. After a week of waiting they decided to cancel my order. Terrible experience. I will never order from ReserveBar again. Very bad experience.

I ordered $200 worth of bourbon on Dec 11 and credit card was charged immediately. Website said guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by Dec 15. I signed up for text updates of shipping info and received no text. On Dec 18, I spent a lot of time trying to find a number to call. I finally got ahold of someone and explained that the bourbon was a Christmas gift for in laws we would only see on Christmas Day. If it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas I would cancel the order. He assured me that delivery was guaranteed. On Saturday, Dec 19 I got a text saying my order was being prepared for delivery. I checked the link every day for updates but it continued to say it was being prepared. On Tuesday, I began trying to call again but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I sent emails every day then asking about my order. I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Every single email was answered with an automatic reply stating that if I ordered before Dec 15, my order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Today is January 5. No bourbon. No refund.

We are so sorry for the poor experience. You have received the automatic replies to inform you that your message was received. Our agents are working through a long queue of responses but will reply to everyone's inquiries. We understand the delay was frustrating enough to cancel and we will be able to process that on any order not yet shipped.
My order is who knows where. Reserve Bar says it was delivered. I nevet received a tracking number or shipping notification. They responded to my query with a shipping number which shows my package delivered to the wrong city and signed for by someone I have never heard of. Their response was that I call the shipping company to track down my order. This order was near $200 and *I* have to find my lost package?!
And the spam emails are daily.
I ordered over 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my item. I reached out for an update on my item and they couldn't tell me anything that I already knew. You have to be home to sign for the item but that can't even update you with a specific day. Makes no sense!
